On Sunday the 21st, I went to the Mikage Local Sake Festival!
Seven breweries from Mikage Township gathered in a long shopping street.
This was the second time I participated in the festival, following the first one in April.
First of all, here is FUKUNOHANA.
Oh, it is a light nigori. It has a firm flavor. It also has a sweetness, but I guess this is the Wasanbon, which I have recently memorized (lol).
It's the beginning of a delicious festival!
Daikoku Masamune Shiboritate Aged Sake
I forget for a moment, but I think it was called "matured sake"....
I forget the name, but I think they called it "matured sake"... It's freshly squeezed, but it's matured sake.
The person who poured the sake for us was the owner of "Hamadaya, a local sake and wine shop!
He distributes sake on YouTube.
Everyone, please stop by when you visit Mikage!
