Finally, I have 25 bottles in stock instead of 40 😁. Well, I still have 25 bottles, so I can choose as many as I want😅. Well, I hoarded some at the end of last year. The first pressing of Hakuba Nishiki, which I hoarded at the end of last year Last Oriagami 😆. It's much more shrizzy than the same one I opened at the end of last year. It's by far more shwashy than the same one I opened at the end of last year. It almost blew up! I thought it was an active nigori 😅. I thought it was a very active nigori 😅. Sweet and fruity with a nice bitterness at the end. I like the bitterness at the end👍 Delicious!!!! I'll buy it again this season!

Have you heard of YATSUDOKI? It seems to be a high-end version of Chateraise, but I happened to stop by and found some fresh sake! I got it anyway! It's relatively light, and you can drink it nice and smooth!

Sake from Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. It is made from 100% Hitogochi sake produced in Omachi City. The price was 1980 yen at Chateraise. It seems that there are only two kinds of Hakuba Nishiki sake sold in the market. I thought it would be a bit more fruity and sweet like spring, but it tasted more like junmai ginjo than I expected.
