Three different types of rice - 美山錦 山惠錦 and ひとごこち. All rice grown in Nagano Prefecture. Overall I like 美山錦 the most - most balanced, transparent, not too sweet and able to display the pureness of Nagano style sake.

Purchased at a roadside station in Matsukawa. It is round, clean, and dry. The family drank it together and it quickly became less than half of the bottle.

Ikebukuro with friends on Wednesday. It was not an all-you-can-drink party. Sake was my friend's choice as we sunk into the sake swamp. It was my first Hakuba Nishiki. Nice choice. It tasted like it would be ranked high in the Nigorin picks. It was fresh, fruity, sweet and refreshing. The upper half of the label is European and the lower half is Japanese, which gives it a Showa-era feel.

Purchased at a department store. It was labeled with a horse, so I thought it was a Seven Crown Horse, but it was a different sake. I found out that it was from the same brewery as lelac, which I had seen for the first time at a liquor store. The rarity is very high. At room temperature. Subdued aroma. It has a light and very soft mouthfeel, and as you swallow it, a calm and delicious flavor spreads. It is good as a food sake. The cost performance is quite high. Recommended for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.

Hakuba Nishiki Junmai Ginjo Yukinaka Buried The apple-like mouthfeel is followed by a hint of sourness and sweetness. The lingering bitterness and alcohol taste.

Nagano Local Sake Series 4 This is good! I recommend this bottle. Junmai Ginjo-shu, bottle-enclosed. This alone is extravagant, but this special bottle is kept in a tunnel by a dam lake at an altitude of 900 meters for 100 days and served in the fall. The aroma spreads softly, and it is very clear and pleasant to drink. It is easy to enjoy.

It's been a while since I've had a cup of sake! Nagano sake. From the bitterness and alcohol feeling that comes with a gulp. Slightly freshness. It does not have a sense of heaviness! You can drink it without getting tired of it.

It is aptly described as a cool sake. It has a flavor that quickly cools down and is easy to match with food. It is rather good with meat-based dishes. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma that tends toward capechi, and can be served cold or at room temperature.
