One sip made all the difference. This was one of those drinks that even my tongue, which does not appreciate this taste, felt the flavor in a different direction than the easy drinking sake I drink on a daily basis. When I drank it when I was drunk, I felt as if it had the flavor of muscat, personally. I wanted to get drunk more!

Utsunomiya Sake Brewery's Shikizakura booth. This one was recommended to be tasted only at the event. The ginjo aroma was slightly reminiscent of blue bananas, and the ori was smooth, chili, sweet and delicious on the tongue.

In May 2013, I traveled to Kiyohara Stadium in Utsunomiya to watch the high school baseball spring Kanto tournament.
I took a cab from Utsunomiya station to the stadium on the way there and a limited number of buses on the way back, so I can't say it was easy to get to.
The accessibility may have improved with the operation of the light rail system.
The Kanto tournament that day was

He is from Shiroishi City, Miyagi Prefecture, graduated from a university in Iwate Prefecture, and now commutes long distance from his home in Shiroishi to Fukushima.
