and a wide variety of local sake. The gyoza (dumplings) are also delicious.
Bali Group is stylish and the staff is energetic.
Shichisui
Juicy enough to be sweet. It is like grapes.
It is deliciously sweet, but has a sharp and clean aftertaste.

The 50th reunion we have regularly lol!

Always fruity, like muscat.
It's a fresh sake, so it's refreshing.
It goes well with gyoza. Especially, it is good with Pakuchi Gyoza.

My favorite sake.
Senkou
The acidity empties the glass earlier than usual.
I wanted to taste the sweet and sourness, so I kept on sipping it.
The sweetness in the sourness makes it gentle.
