Shikizakura] booth.
Tochigi Ai for the 3rd consecutive time 🤗💕.
This one is often in the department store, so I wonder if they often do tastings.
This time, Toji Shohei Imai and his wife were there to serve us.
◉Shikizakura Tochigi no Hoshi Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
This sake is made from rice, Tochigi-no-Hoshi. When I drank it before, I thought the hi-iru flavor was not my favorite type of sake, but bouken-san said, "You have to try the raw one! So we tasted it. It is delicious, with a strong sweetness and depth.
◉Shikizakura Tochigi no Hoshi
The first sake was a bit bitter, but not as good as the raw version. I was surprised at how different it was from the raw version...it was completely different.
◉Shikizakura Namahashime Tokubetsu Junmai Sake
A clean and gentle sake, with a very easy drinking style, without being too acidic. It is not too sour or lactic, and has a slightly spicy aftertaste.
◉Shikizakura Tokubetsu Junmai Autumn Hiyoroshi
A very nice sake, with a strong umami flavor.
