It happened yesterday, but I was on a one-day trip to Tochigi with a friend! Spacia X, Kinugawa Onsen, Nikko Maitake mushrooms, Utsunomiya Gyoza.... Except for the new Spacia, we have been going to Tochigi for more than 10 years and have eaten there for more than 10 years, so we feel safe and close to my parents' house 😌. This time, I had a glass of "Shikizakura" with Utsunomiya Gyoza. It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of sugarcane. The palate is clean and slightly sweet, as is typical of a honjozo sake. The juicy flavor of the gyoza bean paste is in tune with the flavor of the gyoza, making it a perfect match! It also resets the fat at the same time, making it an excellent potential accompaniment for gyoza👍. It was a pity that the rock bath in Kinugawa Park was closed, but the conductor came to our private room to take our picture, which warmed our hearts and souls! Next time will be next year, but we will be back ✨

Hi stst, good evening. Nice day trip with your friend ✨. Spacia X looks cool ⤴️ I've never been to Tochigi prefecture, so I suddenly want to visit 🚃. A plate of Utsunomiya Gyoza is also good 🥟.

Good evening, ma-ki! Besides the famous "Senkou" and "Houou Mita," there are many other delicious local sake brands, as well as gourmet restaurants and hot springs that go well with the sake, making it a great place to spend a relaxing time! Please visit 🙂‍↕️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! Of course we went with "Gyoza Roman" beer at the opening ceremony. The Tochigi sake, including Shikizakura, was consistently delicious, but I was most impressed by the spirit of Utsunomiya in making a beer that goes well with gyoza...!
