A rare sake sold only once a year. It's so precious that it's been hard to open. I finally opened it as a reward for myself. While you can feel the deliciousness of the rice It has an elegant and mellow sweetness. The sake rice is "Yumesansui" which is grown by our company. The rice polishing ratio is polished to 30%. It is expensive, but I want to buy it again this year.

Bring your own sake for cherry blossom viewing (Part 4) Cork opened at a friend's house for the after-party The sky that I was curious about... ✨ I was able to get it at the right time, so I brought it to taste with my friend who wanted to drink it 🍶. It's an honorary drink without being pretentious 😋. It's well balanced and not too assertive in a good way. I got the impression that it is truly a "first-class" sake 🤩. I left the rest of the bottle at my friend's house, so I'm curious to see how it changes... (I'm sure it will be delicious!) I bought another bottle of this sake, so I'm going to choose the right day to open it and drink it carefully at home, along with the draft sake 🍶.
