Like the Shikishima mentioned earlier, this sake was brought in by a junior staff member at a drinking party called the company's product exhibition.
This one seemed to be more suitable for everyone and was well received.
I am sorry that I did not take pictures of the other sakes individually. I will add a picture of the whole group.
Slightly mellow aroma.
Fresh texture on the palate.
It has a peachy flavor.
The spiciness is tight, the acidity is tangy, and the taste of rice is delicious.
There is a smell of melon in the back of the mouth.
Taste: 3/5 stars.
At the Sekiya Sake Brewery's directly managed store, which was renovated from a rice warehouse. It is easy to drink with just the right amount of sweetness and goes well with food.
It's been a long time since I've had a sky. It is still delicious no matter how many times I drink it. It is a very well-balanced sake with a refreshing taste of rice flavor.
Went to Sekiya Brewery (Ginjo Kobo) today and bought it by weight. I had never heard of rose yeast before. It is a sweet sake with a nice aroma. I enjoyed it slowly in the quiet of the evening.
It was great. I hope that the Bon Festival will be extended for another week by some mistake.
