First open bottle of my favorite new sake from Houraisen.
The aroma is sweet and fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness and umami, but the freshness makes it easy to drink.
It is fresh and easy to drink without being sticky.
It tastes juicy until the end.
