Purchased during a visit to a brewery in Saijo, Hiroshima. When the bottle was opened, it smelled a little like magic ink. It tastes sweet like white sugar and has a relaxing flavor. It was different from the tasting. It tastes good, but... On the second day, it tastes just like I tasted it at the brewery. It is delicious with well-balanced flavor 😊.

Sake brewery tour in Higashi-Hiroshima Saijo🍶. At the Fukubito Sake Brewery We tasted two kinds of sake 🍶. Limited Newly Pressed Sake Junmai Sake Freshly squeezed in March, this new sake is Fresh and fruity✨. Junmai Genmai Sake High alcohol content at 18%. The flavor of the rice is strong ✨. The "Kokushu" of the past prime ministers was displayed 　✨. I didn't drink sake at Kamerei Sake Brewery, but I did buy a Ginjo Gelato 🍨. 　I didn't drink sake at Kamerei Sake Brewery, but I did purchase a Ginjo Gelato 🍨. 　The mellow and rich sweetness of sake lees was delicious 🍨. 　It was delicious 😋.

Paid tasting, a bit expensive at 400 yen, but the surprising ginjo aroma, muscat-like taste and gentle flavor were delicious. It was nice to see replicas of the display of colored papers of successive prime ministers pasted on the wall, showing their individuality. This sake is limited to the brewery and tasted for a fee. The top aroma is fruity with apple and banana nuances, and the umami is also well pronounced. However, it is very light in mouthfeel, and I personally prefer a more mellow sake. I also tasted some limited edition sake from the kurabiraki season, but I got the impression that none of them were quite to my liking. Compared to breweries that do not offer limited edition sake tastings, or breweries that do not offer the limited edition sake they normally offer at their events, this is preferable. Fukubito prefers orthodox junmai sake and junmai daiginjo.

Hiroshima Day 2 - School Trip for Adults Today, we took the tram 🚃 in the morning. and took a ferry 🚢 to Miyajima. The weather was great, except for the yellow sand 😅. As night fell, I decided to go to a restaurant near my hotel. At the venue of the Spring Festival.
