Hiya
Light yellow in color, the ginjo aroma does not stand out much. The aroma of apples on the palate. It is not sweet at all and does not linger.
It goes well with salty appetizers such as meat miso and celery. The aroma may not be as good with seafood.
Photo taken during a visit to the Saijo brewery to drink a limited-edition sake from the Fukubito brewery🍶.
It was a full-bodied sake with a fruity aroma and fullness.
Fuku Bijin Daiginjo Polished 40
This is my favorite brewery, and I usually get Jun Gin, but this was my first Daiginjo.
I was worried about the Daiginjo because it is my favorite brewery, but my fears were unfounded.
From the first taste to the nose, you can taste the deliciousness of the rice, and the richness and clean water that only Fukubito can provide gives it a strong presence.
This is a daiginjo that will make even the most discerning of drinkers swoon!
It is also available at retail in 300ml bottles, so if you see it, please pick it up!
I first encountered it about 3 years ago and became a repeat customer because it was so delicious 😆.
Not only is it easy to drink, but it's also a great sake to taste😊.
