Purchased during a visit to a brewery in Saijo, Hiroshima.
When the bottle was opened, it smelled a little like magic ink.
It tastes sweet like white sugar and has a relaxing flavor.
It was different from the tasting. It tastes good, but...
On the second day, it tastes just like I tasted it at the brewery.
It is delicious with well-balanced flavor 😊.
Hi Lutemi ☔.
Sometimes it's not the same as when you tasted it 💦 sometimes it tastes the same after a day 😳 I learned a lot 🙏 no more jitters on the first day 😆.
Good morning, Pon 😃☔️
I would have liked it among the various tastings at Saijo, but when I opened the bottle I was shocked to find it unbalanced 😨Taste changes are so interesting 😄.
Sake brewery tour in Higashi-Hiroshima Saijo🍶.
At the Fukubito Sake Brewery
We tasted two kinds of sake 🍶.
Limited Newly Pressed Sake Junmai Sake
Freshly squeezed in March, this new sake is
Fresh and fruity✨.
Junmai Genmai Sake
High alcohol content at 18%.
The flavor of the rice is strong ✨.
The "Kokushu" of the past prime ministers was displayed
✨.
I didn't drink sake at Kamerei Sake Brewery, but I did buy a Ginjo Gelato 🍨.

The mellow and rich sweetness of sake lees was delicious 🍨.
It was delicious 😋.

Yu🎶 is having a great time ✌
I didn't know about "Fubito"! First time I've seen it 😮😮.
What's that?
I can't find Yu🎶's autograph "Kokushu"? I don't see it 😁.
Hello, Yu🎶!
National Sake colored paper of successive prime ministers
What a magnificent wall!
The writing of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe caught my attention!
Too sad
He promoted the export of sake overseas as a national strategy so that sake, as a national drink, could be enjoyed around the world!
This is one of former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's lesser-known achievements
Good evening, Yu🎶! 😄
Sounds like a fun tour of sake breweries 😆👍I've never been to a sake brewery, so it's a good idea to tour 🤔Gelato looks good too 😋.
Good evening, Sakeran 🌙
I didn't know about "Fukubito" either 🙂 I'll have to practice my calligraphy a bit more before I can sign my name "Kokushu"! 😅 Also I need to become Prime Minister 😉😁😁😆.
supperbebe, here too 🤗.
They say the letter represents the body, and I thought of each person when I saw the colored papers of Kunisake 😊.
Mr. Abe was twice prime minister, so there were two pieces 😌.
Good evening, Chichi 🌙
It was a pleasure to visit Saijo, one of the three most famous breweries in Japan along with Nada in Hyogo and Fushimi in Kyoto ❣️ I look forward to your outside drinking posts 😉 I have a lot of unposted 😅.
MAJ, good evening 🌙
I didn't know about the sake brewery in Saijo when I booked my trip to Hiroshima, so thank you Harry 😊 It was my first time to visit a sake brewery itself and it was too much fun 😍 MAJ, please visit ❣️
Paid tasting, a bit expensive at 400 yen, but the surprising ginjo aroma, muscat-like taste and gentle flavor were delicious.
It was nice to see replicas of the display of colored papers of successive prime ministers pasted on the wall, showing their individuality.
A web search revealed that Fukubito is
I found on the Web that Fukubito was the first sake brewery in Japan established in 1917 as a joint-stock company by investment from sake brewing companies mainly in western Japan.
Hi Lutemi, ☀️
Sounds like it was pretty good 😳‼️I'd like to taste it even if it's a bit expensive❣️
I think going to a brewery gives you a background 👍and a deeper understanding of the taste of the sake 😊I'm just curious 🤣.
Happy beauty,
They are said to be popular among foreigners as "happy beauty.
I tasted two kinds of wine and bought one of them.
I will post it later.
The freshly pressed sake was fruity, easy to drink, and delicious. But I bought the Junmai Harazake, which had a delicious flavor.

Good evening, Harry!
I heard that there were huge crowds at the time of the brewery opening, but you can take your time to visit on weekdays. I went to Kamotsuru where Harry was bathing in sake in his post and I took some pictures too 📱😆.
Hi Harry 😃
Yes, I too am a quiet visitor.
Hiroshima is a great place for drinking and eating.
I didn't get a good shot of the trick art like you did 😅 I guess I was standing in the wrong position. Maybe I was standing in the wrong position😅.
This sake is limited to the brewery and tasted for a fee.
The top aroma is fruity with apple and banana nuances, and the umami is also well pronounced. However, it is very light in mouthfeel, and I personally prefer a more mellow sake.
I also tasted some limited edition sake from the kurabiraki season, but I got the impression that none of them were quite to my liking. Compared to breweries that do not offer limited edition sake tastings, or breweries that do not offer the limited edition sake they normally offer at their events, this is preferable.
Fukubito prefers orthodox junmai sake and junmai daiginjo.
Hiroshima Day 2 - School Trip for Adults
Today, we took the tram 🚃 in the morning.
and took a ferry 🚢 to Miyajima.
The weather was great, except for the yellow sand 😅.
Here is another world of 60% foreigners😅.
The remaining 20% were students on a school excursion, young people!
Enjoyed eating and walking along the approach to the temple,
Curry bread with oysters, oyster baking
Miyajima Gansu, deep fried maple leaf buns, etc.
Itsukushima Shrine (⛩), visit the Otorii (Grand Gate), and then return to the Atomic Bomb Memorial Museum,
After that, we went back and visited the Atomic Bomb Memorial Museum,
I felt NO MORE WAR❗️ keenly.
As night fell, I decided to go to a restaurant near my hotel.
I decided to go to a restaurant near the hotel, but to my surprise, the restaurant was full,
It was my fault for deciding that I didn't need a reservation.
I decided to go to a restaurant near the hotel, but it was full.
But it was no good, so we left after 30 minutes.
My wife's feet hurt from walking too much.
So we went to a local supermarket to get some food and drink in the room.
We changed to drinking in the room 😅.
Failure is the essence of success! Maybe😅😅
Toast with Fukubito Daiginjo 🍻!
Alcoholic sake with a strong melon-like sweetness
Polishing ratio 40%, alc. 16%.
Tomorrow is the last day, can we make up for it ⁉️
Sorry for posting like a diary 😅
Home drinking 409
Hi Harry, good evening 🌙
I've never had Miyajima Gansu, so I'm curious to see what it's like 😆.
I'll definitely stop by the local supermarket 👍It's fun and unique 🎶.
Good morning, Mr. Hiraccio 😃.
I've read on the net about the best food you should eat when you go to Miyajima.
I ate all of them 😅, yes the sea eel!
They are big and cheap, and they are local. ❣️
Good morning, Pon 😃.
You should definitely try Miyajima Gansu, the store across the street has fried maple leaf buns 🍁. It's fun to see all kinds of local supermarkets - I recommend a chain store called Yours 😀.
Hi Harry 😃
I like the idea of an adult school trip 💓
I'm planning to travel to the Chugoku region in September.
Please help me with my journal itinerary 😆.
We visited the brewery opening of Fukubito-san.
Masu sake daiginjo mixed with the scent of hinoki cypress made us feel festive.
The sake lees soup served at the event was also delicious.
At the venue of the Spring Festival.
I was a little apprehensive about drinking it at room temperature and in a paper cup, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle taste, with no alcohol or bitterness at all, and the delicious flavor of the rice could be felt.
It went well with the oden and steamed oysters we had together.
