A strange sake with a great rush of sweetness. However, there is nothing more than that, and the sweetness has a slightly western Japanese flavor, which is a bit disappointing. It is delicious, though.
Fukubito Saijo Sake Brewing School Daiginjo
Delicious. A little melon-like bitterness. Very light and pleasant to drink. Elegant taste. A little pricey (about 1050 yen for 300ml), but it would be acceptable even if it were more expensive. The aroma is subdued.
There is no unpleasant sake smell, and it is clean. It has a high degree of perfection. Very good!

I liked the taste of this sake when I tasted it at the Fukubito Sake Brewery in Saijo, Hiroshima, when I visited there with a friend in the spring.
I am a sucker for the words "pressed by hanging" and "limited edition," but I had already purchased other sakes, so I decided against it.
To my surprise, a friend of mine brought it to me as a souvenir when she came to Osaka the other day. He went all the way to the brewery the day before to buy it. Thank you very much. ☺️
I opened a bottle on my birthday.
The aroma of ginjo is enchanting and full. The mellow taste entwines with the bottom. There is a faint bitterness afterwards, but the flavor is gorgeous.

My husband bought this for me because he doesn't like whipped cream and likes marron🌰 cake.
