Masu sake daiginjo mixed with the scent of hinoki cypress made us feel festive.
The sake lees soup served at the event was also delicious.

I was a little apprehensive about drinking it at room temperature and in a paper cup, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle taste, with no alcohol or bitterness at all, and the delicious flavor of the rice could be felt.
It went well with the oden and steamed oysters we had together.

Light yellow in color, the ginjo aroma does not stand out much. The aroma of apples on the palate. It is not sweet at all and does not linger.
It goes well with salty appetizers such as meat miso and celery. The aroma may not be as good with seafood.
