I met this brewery at a sake festival and fell in love with it.
You can feel the rice gently and firmly.
The nose, the aroma, the sweetness on the palate, it's all beautiful rice!
Even the ginjo aroma can only be described as rice!
Even in Hiroshima, it is not easy to find.
If you like sake, this is a gem that will make you smile.
By all means!
This photo was taken when I visited the brewery of Fukubito in Saijo, Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which is known as one of the best places for sake 📷"Daiginjo Harashizukushizuku" 亘亘酒ShizukuShizukushizuku" 亘 Ginjo Harashizukushizuku" 亘 Ginjo Harashizukushizuku
Slightly sour aroma.
The sweetness of the rice on the tip of your tongue and the richness of the lingering aroma that lingers on your tongue, reminiscent of a barrel, are both delicious.
