A blessing from nature and the past, so delicious!
I joined Kinoshita Shuzo because I liked Ice Breaker, a junmai sake with mellow rice and fermentative nuances, but this was my first Tamagawa.
I was so curious about the Yamahai series that I suddenly bought a bottle (1.8), and it was a great decision.
I originally love sherry highballs and other drinks that have a little bit of a quirk to them, so I was really hooked, and it is very tasty.
I would like to repeat this so much that I would hate to finish it!
