At the Ponshukan, we also bought this.
The sake brewer was there and gave us a very detailed explanation and tasting.
The sake was cooled down to the perfect temperature.
It was delicious and sweet. ☺️
Oh, and at the Ponshu-kan, we also got an oinokuchi (a small sake cup) as a souvenir.
I always end up buying a boar cup.

Company name changed to DHC Brewery and sake quality is improving.
Honestly hard to evaluate, a genre I've never had before.
The first day, it gives the impression of dryness, a tingling sensation on the tongue, and a grain-like aroma rather than a fruity one.
As the days go by, the flavor increases and it becomes calmer.

A quick trip to an unknown liquor store
I was like "DHC Brewery? I was curious about the name of the brewery and bought it😅.
The shopkeeper was explaining "This is a gold medal winning sake" and "Please try it with a glass of wine...", but I felt suspicious when I heard those things...

Well.... Gorgeous fruity aroma, sweetness and umami. It's good 👍.
DHC Sake Brewery, you may be a bit of an advertiser, but you make good sake with care 😊.
