A quick trip to an unknown liquor store
I was like "DHC Brewery? I was curious about the name of the brewery and bought it😅.
The shopkeeper was explaining "This is a gold medal winning sake" and "Please try it with a glass of wine...", but I felt suspicious when I heard those things...
Well..,
Well.... Gorgeous fruity aroma, sweetness and umami. It's good 👍.
DHC Sake Brewery, you may be a bit of an advertiser, but you make good sake with care 😊.

The gradation on the bottle is so beautiful!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tasted great😊.
It's a mellow umami-guchi, which is an image not often seen in Niigata sake.
I also like Yoshiyama, but this one is more crisp and umami.
Good balance of sweetness and sourness, and a flavor I've never had before 🌾.
Is this the taste of Koshitanrei? Delicious 😋.

Gentle acidity. Soon, a rich umami dominates the palate. Moderate astringency with a moderate aftertaste. A mellow sake.
