At the tasting. Junmai Daiginjo fire-aged Gohyakumangoku. It is mellow, sweet, and beautiful. It has the same label as the affordable unfiltered raw sake sold at Yamaya, but this one was more expensive at 3,300 yen.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

It's snowing all the time...cold! So let's drink! I drank yesterday too👍 I opened it a while ago but forgot to raise it 💦. I tasted this one at the store and it was so good that I bought it immediately. It's easy to drink, tastes really refreshing and too delicious. I had it with oden today. The alcohol content is 16%. I finished it and would like to open a new one 🍶.

Company name changed in 2016 (DHC Brewery). Sweet aroma and mouthfeel. It has a sweet taste, but it is moderate with a strong flavor. However, when drunk with spicy food, the spiciness comes out and you can enjoy a different aspect of it.
