At the tasting. Junmai Daiginjo fire-aged Gohyakumangoku. It is mellow, sweet, and beautiful. It has the same label as the affordable unfiltered raw sake sold at Yamaya, but this one was more expensive at 3,300 yen.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

We received it as a tax payment to Niigata City. I feel a tangy and bitter taste on my tongue and throat. I don't think it is fruity. Personally, I didn't like the smell.

Koshino Umezato Koshi-tanrei Junmai Ginjyo Nama-shu The aroma is not that strong? 😉 . The mouthfeel is sweet and juicy (sweetness is strong!). But the sharpness is very good! (It's a bit of a rush, and then it disappears! ←I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 😍. I tasted it at Ponshukan and it was so good that I bought it! The color of the bottle is cool and I want to buy it again 😎.
