Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the ㊗️ Sake no Jin, 30 bottles of Niigata sake cups 🎉Chapter 1
Sweet and sour. Zarame. Gentle ☺️. Good with Hokkaido Hakkaku sashimi to get rid of the cloying taste👍Good with fat rather than plain white meat 😋Warmed up to 50 degrees, mild. The riceiness is up, and the acidity is softened. It also has a sweetness.

The second bottle is this one, which I bought by the packet unusually.
It has a great rice flavor and sharpness, and may be the perfect summer sake. 🙆♂️
It is quite a long way from Kansai, but I would like to visit Nagaoka at least once for the fireworks display.
Junmai Daiginjo Kura no Nenrin, 180th anniversary sake. Rare Kinmon-Nishiki is used. It is sharp and dry, with a moderate acidity. It claims to have a muscat aroma, but I couldn't quite detect it.
Sake souvenir given to me by someone who went to the Niigata Sake-no-Taiwan. The label is cute!
The taste is quite sour and robust, but the aftertaste is gorgeous and I felt spring in my heart.
The freshly squeezed sake is bottled without filtering, heating, or rinsing.
This is a limited-time-only sake that can only be enjoyed in winter, and combines the youthfulness of new sake with the strength of unblended sake.
It is a well-made junmai sake with a moderate aroma, acidity, and fullness, but with a freshness similar to that of a ginjo.

Now you have met the four seasons traveling sake (tabi-neko) series of Snow Sake Brewery, spring (cherry blossoms🌸), summer (fireworks🎇), autumn (ears of rice🌾), winter (Snow Sake Brewery☃️) labels🤗🥰.
As usual, I've started counting the new sake I've encountered and I'm now down to 2,000 varieties, with only 2 more to go 😊.
I'm about to open the sake I bought for the new year 🤗🥰 I'm a sake-drinking old man having a party by myself😅.
The sake had a clean aroma, slightly dry on the palate, a good balance of sourness and bitterness, and rice flavor and umami.

Hi Mashiranoyama 😃.
At a quick glance, I thought it was a photo of a snowy landscape, but it's an atmospheric label 😊I'm looking forward to the big number of the old man drinking ‼️ 👋
Jay & Nobby, I wish you a happy new year 🤗This year, early in the year, each of my 2 daughters' husbands had a corona positive on the same 1/4 without even meeting 😅 Thanks to you, the sake I had prepared has not been opened 😭 and this week it will be opened 🥰.
Snow Red Plum Unfiltered Nama Sake from Niigata Hasegawa Shuzo. The sweetness and richness of nama-shu with 17% alcohol content reaches the throat firmly. It is delicious!
The first Shiboritate of the season, the best part of sake that can only be tasted in the brewery. Taste the genuine junmai sake.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma, and despite the aroma, it is dry and heavy like a honjozo (pure sake).
It is a mellow dry version of Yuki Kohmei that does not interfere with food.
It goes well with saikyoyaki, sukiyaki, eel, etc.

Sake that travels through the four seasons: Snowy Sake Brewery
This brewery is located in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
Gohyakumangoku" rice produced in Niigata Prefecture is polished to 60%.
Fresh and refreshing aroma, gentle
The flavor of rice, a hint of bitterness and astringency in its youthfulness, and a full-bodied aftertaste.
Bitter and astringent taste with a full-bodied aftertaste.
#Japanese Sake
The third glass was a brand I had never heard of before, Echigo Yukikoumbai.
This was the first shibori-shibori of the same brand.
It tasted like the light and dry Niigata sake that I imagined most, but with a strong sense of originality in the rice flavor. 🙆♂️
I have never been to Niigata, but I would love to go sightseeing in the city full of beautiful sake and food someday 😌.
