This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. It has a beautiful sweetness and is very easy to drink ❗️ It seems to go well with any meal and is a versatile player. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

Fruity with a pear-like aroma. The sweet and sour taste is very delicious. This sake is from Izumiya in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. A great sake to drink after eating sardine rolled in seaweed as a Tsumami.

Grapes? Apple? Fruity, like grapes or apples. The sweetness spreads out, but the acidity gives it a crisp and refreshing aftertaste. It has a sharpness, but you don't feel bitterness, astringency, or fizziness, so it goes in smoothly and effortlessly. Transparency. I was not familiar with Shiga sake, but it is very good. (A little bit of magic ink? (A little magic ink? -ish aroma. I'm not sure because my sense of smell, taste and knowledge of this area is limited).

It is an interesting brand. I had it for the first time. It is fruity, sweet, and very, very tasty. This is a bad boy who drinks too much. It was a happy day when I found a very good sake! I want to repeat.

Junmai Ginjo 🍶Tetote 🙌Ginbuki🌾. Coin tasting wasn't enough for me, so I bought a bottle 😅Sweet mouthfeel. But it also has a sharpness. Matches the acidity of the sauce of the stewed hamburger steak 👍As the temperature rises, the sweetness takes the edge off. A pleasant sake. Shun Sai-Lab@Urawa 20240831

Score ☆☆☆☆ Naminode Junmai❣️ I was attracted by the sound of "Eetokodori" (lol) The mouthfeel is very mild. 💕︎ The aroma of rice is very subtle and the flavor of the rice is very strong 😁. The aftertaste is light and disappears quickly. I bought it for warming sake, but it was too light and it was better for me to drink it cold 😅
