It is a summer sake and has a high alcohol content of 17%, which may be due to the fact that it is a pure sake, but it also has strength.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed with fish as well as meat.
We paired it with bonito sashimi and canned mackerel stewed in tomato sauce, and it went well with both, making it an all-around great sake.
I have had Akita sake before, but I had never had it before because I was always looking for something else, but I really liked it.
