Received.
It is clear, but has a strong sweetness and acidity.
Can be sipped with soda. Also good on the rocks.
I also had a Junmai Imanishiki, but it had the same sweetness of the base rice. I can see why.

Sweet.
It has a good flavor, but there is no sourness or bitterness, and the sweetness dominates from start to finish.
It's not bad, but I think it's only good with cream cheese with salted fish or doteyaki.
My father (who does not drink alcohol) bought this sake to offer to the gods on New Year's Eve.
It is soft on the palate and a bit spicy. The alcohol aroma, umami, and a slight bitterness quickly pass through the nose.
When I went back to my parents' house, I found a four-pack of sake in the refrigerator.
Imanishiki is known for its sake tank pressing.
It is quite mild and smooth on the palate. There is no bitterness. We were tired from the trip, so we only drank a little and went to bed.

Today was the last day of work!
I bought some sake for the New Year's holidays at my usual liquor store, and I'm going to enjoy Imanishiki, which I bought some time ago but neglected, with Kiritanpo nabe (Kiritanpo hot pot), which is a tax return gift from my hometown.
It won the gold medal at the sake awards, so we had it in a Riedel wine glass!
The aroma was gorgeous and the wine glass made it stand out even more 😀 The sweet fruity taste was followed by a light acidity and a refreshing taste!
It is a very delicious sake with a long aftertaste.
Good evening, Gyaban 😃.
Thanks for your work all year 😌.
I'm ready to drink 🍶 for the New Year's Eve and New Year's Holidays, so I can enjoy my evening with peace of mind 🤗Riedel picks up the aroma and changes the taste 😋.
