This was also served while camping. This sake was purchased at a roadside station in Nagano.
It is said to be a special junmai sake because the tadpole has legs.
It was refreshing and delicious!
Yonezawa Shuzo
Imanishiki Nakagawa Village Tamako Special Junmai Sake
This brewery is located in Nakagawa Village, Nagano Prefecture.
Miyamanishiki rice produced in Nakagawa Village is polished to 59%.
Gentle and elegant aroma, full-bodied rice flavor, mellow and juicy flavor.
The aroma is gentle and elegant, the taste of rice is full and juicy, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp,
A clean and crisp aftertaste.
#Japanese Sake
Hankyu Umeda Main Store, 9th Traveling SAKE (9)
This is also Imanishiki, which has never been drunk, not even by Tamako.
Imanishiki Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki.
The aroma is fruity, sweet and bitter, and the bitterness is a little strong, but it is delicious. It is a bit tangy. In conclusion, this is my favorite.
Ima-Nishiki Junmai-Ginjo Kinmon-Nishiki
The sweetness is not so strong, and the bitterness is strong like Kinmonnishiki.
Imanishiki Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
It flows smoothly, and the acidity tightens up the astringent taste.
Imanishiki Nakagawamura Tamako Tokubetsu Junmai Namaeshu
The taste is thick and umami, with a nice gradual swelling. The aftertaste is a bit spicy.
Ima-Nishiki Junmai-Ginjo Kinmon-Nishiki Nama-Nara Sake
The sweetness, umami, and bitterness were a bit disparate. It also has a tingling aftertaste.
Imanishiki Junmai Daiginjo
It is clear and smooth, with a delicious umami taste.
Imanishiki Junmai Daiginjo
Unlike the name, it was too smooth and lackluster.
Imanishiki HAKUMEI Junmai-shu
Easy to drink like a juice. It has a sweet and sour taste.
Umeshu (plum wine)
Unexpectedly refreshing and wine-like, without the thick honey.
Staying in Tokyo for the conference
Tomorrow, I'm only attending the lecture, so I'm going to have a drink alone.
I had one drink at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station and took the Yamanote Line to Shinbashi.
I came here again,
Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi
The second of three kinds of sake!
Imanishiki
The aroma is mild.
It has a heavy mouthfeel and a strong umami flavor.
It also has a strong alcohol taste.
More classic but delicious 🥰.
My favorite of the three 😊.
This sake was recommended to me at a restaurant I entered after being rejected by many of the stores I was looking for. Mildly sweet on the palate, with a firm finish on the nose, as is typical of nama sake. It has a short aftertaste with a clean finish. It is typical of Shinshu. I don't know what it is, but it seems to be a sake that has grown legs from a tadpole.
The 9th Traveling SAKE (5)
There are only a few special sake stores, and only Tamago has ever had Imanishiki, so I tried a variety of sake 😋.
We drank
Junmai Ginjo Kinmon-Nishiki Nama-nara Sake
It is sweet and delicious, but more reserved than Miyamanishiki.
Nakagawa Village Tamako Special Junmai Namaishu
Slightly spicy, similar to the impression I had in the past.
Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki
The sweetest and most delicious of all the sake we tasted.
Junmai Ginjo Kinmon Nishiki
Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
Junmai Daiginjo
He said this was his top pick.
Nenrin Junmai Daiginjo
Fruity and even better than the previous junmai daiginjo.
HAKUMEI Junmai Sake
Low alcohol. It was sweet and sour.
Umeshu (plum wine)
Naturally sweet and tasty, but could be a little richer.
The only place I know of that carries it is Hinodeya Sake Shop in Incheon, but they carry both Kinmame and Mizuo 🤔.
I think the toji of Raku no Se used to be at Imanishiki, right? They brew totally different sake!
Good morning, bouken ☀.
It's good to have a variety of rare sake 😃.
I didn't know that the liquor store in Incheon sells Kim Kame: ❗️
Thanks for the good information 🙏 For now, I'll go there to buy it this month 🤣.
Good morning, Robin.
I've bought it before, so it's definitely available, but some people couldn't buy it, so I guess it's not always available 😅.
I see you are going to the kurabiraki 😍you can drink from 20 to 100 😁.
Little by little, I made some space in my fridge😅.
Well...
First Imanishiki 😁.
Hmmm...
Before the aroma and sweetness
I feel it's heavy 🤔.
Not that I don't like it.
but it's not what I was looking for 😅
After 3 days of opening the bottle, the heaviness is gone a little bit.
It has a sweetness to it👍
I thought it had a strong alu aftertaste.
It was 18 degrees Celsius.
A series of drinks I had in February (what series?)
I bought the label.
No, I wanted to try Tamako-chan, but I don't see it very often...
We often get it at events.
