At home. I️ watched the hot battle for the high school baseball autumn season Kinki tournament at the Wakayama Kimiidera stadium. On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting. I knew it was Nagano sake, and there is no mistake.

Mild apple aroma. On the palate, the coolness spreads slowly and the freshness is felt along with its flavor. It has a nice sharpness and I like it a lot 😋.

It has a nice aroma, very sweet! But when you drink it, you think "Amaaaaa!!!" and then it disappears quickly and mysteriously. Although there is no brewing alcohol in it, it has a sharp taste and can be used as a food wine!

Isn't it surprisingly rare to find Honjozo sake in its raw form? It's sold at Famima in Nanshin. Honjozo-like taste and reasonable price. A little bitterness. Not much acidity. I'll have to compare it with the fire-aged version of regular sake.

Purchased at Yamazaki Seiichi Shoten in Matsumoto City. I had previously bought and drank "Tamako Nama" here, which was delicious, so I decided to buy the same raw sake. It has a rich acidity and umami, sweetness, high alcohol content, and rich mellow taste! I wouldn't recommend it to sake beginners, but those who are into it will love it! It's not recommended for beginners, but for those who are into it! Sake rice→100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio→59 Alcohol content→18%.

No, the name! I've never had this drink before! It was my first time to drink it too! It's a bit fruity, but easy to drink. Also, the label is cute, though it has nothing to do with the taste. I felt like it was THE summer sake!
