The third glass was a local sake from Hanamaki, a brand I had wanted to try.
It is a light but tasty sake that goes down smoothly.
It is the perfect food sake.

How is your Golden Week? I can't take the 28th off, so I'll be in Nagano on the 30th, 1st and 2nd. Today I'm in Niigata via Nagano for personal business. How much do you love Nagano? I came here after work to remove the snow fence at the ski resort where I have been staying.
I had a shaumai bento and beer for dinner on the Shinkansen, but after taking a long bath, I felt like drinking. I had brought a bottle of Iwate sake given to me by a coworker 😁It has a nice name 😊It is very spicy and as the label says, you can lick it up a little bit. It's good that I don't drink too much 🆗.
Well, yesterday I went to a baseball game for the first time in a while. I went to Hamasuta with a colleague from a former job. The colleague has won 23 games, lost 22, and one of those wins was in the 2003 Japan Series at Koshien, so I was worried that he might not be a good person to come to a baseball game. I am the blessing of victory.
It's been a while since I've had Yoemon, and this is the first time I've had it heated.
At first I thought it was not enough. But it has a nice sourness to it!
I thought it was unfiltered but watered down, but I thought it tasted good.
