I thought it would be a light nigori, sweet type of sake, but it turned out to be a crisp, dry sake. It is a refreshingly clear type of nigori sake with a slight gaseous taste that can be drunk smoothly and refreshingly.

We left Iro-no-shiki easily, but decided to go to one more place for heated sake. Speaking of heated sake, we went to Karakuri, which our sake friend had taught us about. We started with this sake, which was recommended by the store. It really sinks in.
