I thought it would be a light nigori, sweet type of sake, but it turned out to be a crisp, dry sake. It is a refreshingly clear type of nigori sake with a slight gaseous taste that can be drunk smoothly and refreshingly.

2025-057 drinking at home This sake is from the birthplace of Nanbu Touji. The slightly lower alcohol content gives it a summer sake feel, but it is not light, and because it is pumped directly from the tank, it is very heavy, so you can drink it in a leisurely manner. Even those who do not like light summer sake can enjoy it.

☆☆☆☆☆ My first time at this restaurant I was curious about this place after reading an article in the Matsumoto Keizai Shimbun and reading online reviews, so I came here! Small and cozy store, fresh owner. Looks quite nice☺. The first drink was a "drunkenemon", which was my first time! It is a summer sake with a refreshing acidity. It has a rather long lingering impression, leaving a faint sweetness behind. It was a delicious summer sake!

Beautiful starry sky and cool label, but the recent heat is unbearable 😅. It's dry, a little sour and crispy. I was at a party and it was the perfect food wine to go with the meal.
