It was drier than I expected, just like Kochi,
It was the sake I wanted to pair with seafood!

The gorgeous and gentle sweetness of Junodai
The fragrance of the upper part of the aroma heightens the expectation.
When you taste it, you can feel the richness of Omachi.
rich flavor and sweetness of rice.
The sharpness that is typical of drunken whales is still there.

and a lingering aftertaste with a hint of acidity.
It has both the characteristic of drunken whale and
and the characteristics of Yumachi at the same time.
It is a dry sake with almost no sweetness, with umami and acidity coming to the fore. It has no strange aftertaste and is refreshing, making it perfect as a food wine. It was delicious with bonito tataki and squid salted with salt.
This sake lived up to the expectations. One of my favorites I’ve had in a while. Enjoyed it with friends who haven’t had much sake before and they all really enjoyed it as well. This is a bottle I would happily get again.
