Summer sake from Drunken Whale.
I didn't expect much (pardon the pun), so I found it quite tasty.
It has a dryness that is typical of drunken whales, and the umami flavor is on top of that.
I think it would go well with sashimi or soy sauce.
I was eating kelp, so it was pretty good.
It was moderately dry to my liking and more mellow than the junmai sake I had previously drank, which I preferred! It was delicious and went very well with oden 😊.
I was lucky enough to find it amongst all the other items on sale as a bargain!

After working late again today, I went into my first restaurant for a bit. I was lucky that there were not many customers because of the rain. I ordered "drunk whale" as it seemed to be a Tosa dish. It is a delicious, light and dry sake.
I was curious about the cute whale package, so I bought it.
It is a special junmai sake that is clean and easy to drink 🍶.
I thought I liked dry sake when I started drinking several bottles, but then I realized that I prefer light and light sake.
