Weather is sunny to cloudy, humid all day, high discomfort 💦. I'm not in the mood for anything 🤥. By the time I finish work, all I can think about is today's dinner 😁(I did get some work done, ✌️). I still want to feel refreshed 😉. Today's selection 🇯🇵 is a summer sake from Drunken Whale 🍶! Whoo-hoo-hoo! The mouthfeel is crisp and clear! Juicy aroma like kiwi 🥝😤. The taste is bitter with a dry dry dry taste 🥸. The aftertaste is also sharp and crisp ⚔️⚔️ I thought summer sake would have a lower alcohol content, but it has 17%😓. I have to work tomorrow, so I'll be moderate 🤫.

It has a strong sweetness, but it has a good sharpness, and you will never get tired of drinking it. This is an excellent sake from Tosa.

The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was a drunken whale from the Drunken Whale Brewery! This time it was Ginrei summer DRUNKEN WHALE! I haven't had a drink from Drunken Whale since their autumn sake. So, let's have it right away! First of all, the aroma. I don't feel much aroma. In the mouth, you feel a full-bodied flavor. After that, there is a slight sweetness and spiciness that is refreshing. It also has a fruity and bitter taste, making it a delicious sake that can be drunk smoothly. Is it rather dry? However, it is very easy to drink with its smoothness and umami flavor. The owner, the waitress, and I are going to travel to Korea next time, so what will we do today? Do you want to go to a restaurant? What to eat? It was a fun time drinking by myself while chatting happily with them! I had my fourth glass of Jigokan again and called out "yummy, yummy, yummy" before heading home (lol).
