The second drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Drunken Whale Akiagari by Drunken Whale Brewery.
I haven't had drunken whale since my first post on Sakegawa.
I will have it immediately.
First, the aroma. Refreshing ginjo aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the spiciness and bitterness from the umami.
It is certainly not sweet, but it is delicious.
The lingering taste in the latter half is bitterness.
I thought it was a delicious sake that goes well with food.

It's been quite a while since I've had a drunken whale.
Sake served on JAL international flights
It seems that they use A-14, one of the Kochi yeasts, which gives it an elegant aroma!
I opened the bottle with high expectations!
After opening the bottle, the aroma was banana-like, but I was quite pleased with the fresh and crisp ginjo aroma!
In the mouth, it is still refreshing and basically clear, but after a touch of sweetness, a gentle spiciness comes in with a refreshing rush.
Naturally, the finish is also refreshing and well-balanced thanks to the light acidity 😍.
This is really good! It's really good! For those who like dry taste, this is a must try 😘.
Yum!
Forgot to take a picture of the back level 😥.
Hello, Koizo 🐦.
Jun Dai no Drunken Whale! You drank a nice one ✨When I visited the brewery, all the labels with tails seemed to be well priced 🤭I didn't see this one, but it's a sake served on JAL 😳✈️
Pon.
Good morning!
It was a little expensive, but I haven't had it for a while and I won a horse ticket 😅This label series is expensive, but it's really good! It tastes just like it's served in the plane 😘.

Good morning 😁...
This horse is dry...💦I think J&N will like the deliciously dry taste👍It may be a bit over your budget, but it's worth a try 😁.
Soft, umami, short finish. Very light, nice density. Peach, some yogurt in the nose. Yogurt peach-maracuja. Creaminess. Not sour, but not sweet either.

The rice flavor and sweetness spread at once, and in a good sense, it is a gem that is not like a drunken whale.
The aftertaste is alcohol, but it is not unpleasant, and the sensation of drinking sake is enjoyable.
A wonderful sake.
