Drunken Whale is a sake that I had always been curious about from the packaging, and the day finally came when I could drink it!
It was delicious, refreshing and easy to drink, giving the impression that it goes well with anything! There is a repeat!
Tastes sharp and easy to drink. It tastes like water.
It has no aroma in a good sense, and is so clear that you can enjoy it without putting off the good aroma of shiitake mushrooms.
A little spicy? First comes the spiciness, then a little left over... then the sweetness comes and it's refreshing. Delicious. Satisfying. And the label is quaint.
