[Kagataya hanpukai 2021⑧] The last bottle of the 4-month-long hanpukai was a special order of the first Niseko ☺️The rice used was Comet. It was the only one out of the 8 bottles in this hanpukai that was delivered at room temperature. It's the only one out of 8 that was delivered at room temperature. The aroma is gourd-like🥒The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is a little high, but it feels more like alcohol and has a punchy taste. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing. This is how I completed my hanpukai 😆. I was a little nervous about buying two bottles of sake every month, but the brands were so gorgeous and I'm so glad I joined as a result❗.

Purchased at my first izakaya I learned about it from the toji (master brewer) at the liquor store where I worked part-time when I was in Fukuoka. At room temperature Subdued aroma Gentle on the palate Light, but with a full sense of rounded umami Dry aftertaste Sharp impression when heated.

Manufactured in Oct. 24, stored at room temperature. Full-bodied, full of flavor, with a little bit of maturity, it is good and easy to drink!
