I drank this one before and had a great impression of its taste 🍶.
It certainly has a great banana-like flavor that spreads in the mouth 👍!
Sake from Hokkaido is a bit rare, so I try to drink it whenever I see it, but this one is very refreshing and easy to drink.
It goes very well with sashimi.
A deliciously spicy junmai sake with a beautiful sake quality🍶.
Souvenir from Takano, a sake dealer in Otaru, Hokkaido. I drove there by car, so it was a bottle 😎.
The sweetness and spiciness is dry. Medium-bodied dry with a touch of umami. Almost no ginjo aroma.
It is a classic type of sake, but it also has acidity and a good balance of umami, acidity, and bitterness.
Good cold sake with beautiful acidity. 😋😋😋😋
No gassiness. It is a very good food sake in the lingering summer heat.

Summer Vacation ☀1st at Sapporo's famous Sushi Restaurant Arima
I was not allowed to drink Hokkaido sake at Sushinokura the day before yesterday, so I had Niseko.
It has a nice flavor with a clean mouthfeel. Not something you'll find in Tokyo, but a good sake 🎵.
Sake from Hokkaido. It is an autumn sake, and the flavor is a little sweet on the nose with a hint of autumn, but the taste itself is dry and very refreshing and delicious. It is also a sake made with Ginpu, Hokkaido's preferred rice.
Just a reminder 🙏.
I came to Sapporo for the Hokkaido Marathon✨
I know I'm not supposed to drink the day before, but since I came all the way to Sapporo, I had some delicious fish at "Gon" in Raccoon Shoji Market 🐟.
I asked the owner for a Hokkaido sake and was served "Niseko" 🍶.
It goes very well with the salty Hokkaido fish 😆.

It is the kind of sake that you want to drink when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature.
I had never heard of a sake called Niseko before.
I was told that it was founded in Taisho, so I ordered it, thinking that they are doing a good job in Hokkaido.
The aroma of ginjo and the richness of the rice spread out.
