The third one is the Etsukaijin no Kou
I think it was taken from the name of Mr. Tadaoki Maruo, who is described as the person in charge of production. 😅
The taste is very interesting and delicious, complex but perfectly balanced.
Even though it is dry with a sake level of 12 degrees, it has an interesting sense of richness spreading in the mouth.
All of the choices this time were made by Mr. Murai, president of Gin no Sake Kibune.
I really appreciate that he sends me brands that I would not have chosen in the first place, saying "Try this, it's absolutely delicious. 🙇
It was very delicious! 👍
A brand I used to drink a lot.
I thought it was a little more robust than I had imagined, but after a long time, it is easy to drink and the sweetness, rather than the umami, leaves an impression.
The first mouthfeel is crystal clear, and the gorgeous flavor spreads gradually in the back of the throat when you drink it from the tongue. The one and only flavor!
The other day, a triumph.
Tsubameishi, the highest grade of Etsukaijin. Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, 35% polished rice.
It is not at all like the popular "sweet and delicious" sake, nor is it light and dry, but it has a strong umami flavor but is dry. It is not flashy, but in a sense, it is the royal road? It is very tasty and full of flavor.
I started studying sake this year and have had a few well-known brands, but I feel that this sake is unique in its taste. Maybe I'm just a Kagawa fan.
It's a raw sake, but they say it tastes even better when it matures.
I think it is Kagawa's pride and joy.
