The sake we paired with it was the Hatsu Shibori ✨ of "Toyoka".

First business trip to Nagano in a year.
The snow from last week melted and the weather was clear.
Fengkang was served at a party at the hotel. It was my first time to drink this sake.
It tastes light and clear. It is very modest.
Beer x 2 -> Feng Xiang -> Western Gate -> Irodori
This is the third time I've opened it.
I have never been able to describe the aroma or taste.
"Yeah, it's good 😋".
and that was it.
This time, as soon as I opened the lid, I could smell the pear-like aroma, and when I drank it, the taste was somewhat stronger: ⁉️
At first the bitterness was quite strong, but this time the sweetness came forward.
But there's a sharpness and bitterness, too, and it's multifaceted, after all.

I told the liquor store where I bought it that it was delicious, and they said they have a junmai ginjo oorigarami of the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake 😍.
I had no choice but to buy it!
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the aroma of grains! The rich rice flavor and aroma spreads in the mouth 😍And the aroma that rolls around in the mouth and goes into the nose is mellow 🤔Mellow gives a heavy image, but this is rather light 🤔The lingering aftertaste is sharp, so it goes well with a meal 👍.
It is a sake to be savored gradually 😘.
