The 15th bottle of home brew in 2024 🍶. Yamagata's Sou Yuu, I drank it for the first time! I bought this for January from a certain hanpukai 😎. The rice is Gohyakumangoku🌾 and the freshness is typical of new sake. It seems to go well with strong flavors. It is delicious 🤤.

Sou Yuu from Yamagata, Junmai-shu. This is probably the first time I've tasted it, and I think it's quite rare. It seemed a little sweet, but light and perfect with oden. One more day to go!
