I used to buy it at Mr. Saito's or get it from an acquaintance, but now I bought it in Nagai City 😂.
As usual, it's not gorgeous and fragrant! I always buy it from Mr. Saito, but I got it in Nagai city,
It has a fresh aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a moderate aftertaste that lingers in the back of your throat with a hint of sourness.
It's delicious 😆.
In Yamagata, Takagi Sake Brewery/Jushidai in Murayama City is also delicious, but Sou Yuu is a little different. ☺️
It's crisp and ricey.
I tried it with bonito tataki, and it went perfectly with it, but I think there are other things that would go better with it...
I think it would go well with mackerel or meat,
If you're looking for something else, I think the brown sugar taketokonosato called taketokonokuro would be the best match.

The mouthfeel is sweet with a hint of fruit, but with a refreshing finish.
Not too spectacular, but beautifully tasty as always ✨.
It just seems to be a mid-palate, with an even more refined flavor! (I bet 😆)
Souup, after all, is good ☺.
Although it is a Yamagata Prefecture sake, it has less acidity like Shinmasa or Yukinobijin, and more rice flavor like Ichinokura from Miyagi Prefecture or Kunichikon from Fukushima Prefecture.
