Not a comparison, but the other one I ordered at the same time was Sou Yuu. It has been a while. It also has a subtle sweetness and a refined aroma. It has a soft aftertaste. I prefer this one because it has more depth.

Yamagata's Sou Yuu, I drank it for the first time! I bought this for January from a certain hanpukai 😎.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku🌾 and the freshness is typical of new sake. It seems to go well with strong flavors. It is delicious 🤤.
