I forgot to give this one again on the same day as the other one! I left a note.
I requested a dish that is good with both chicken and chicken bones.
It has a dignified taste.
It has no peculiar taste. It is easy to drink.
It is not too heavy, but it does not lose its fatness.
It is a smart sake.
Souup Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai
This is my first Souup.
Sake Mirai, I am looking forward to it😊.
Gentle aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and gentle, and then it finishes with a spiciness.
It is clear and refreshing. Sourness but soft and easy to drink.
After the second day, it seems to calm down and the sweetness comes into focus.
I think I prefer this one.
It was delicious.
SOUEUP Sake Mirai Junmai Ginjo 1,800ml
Alcohol content 16%.
Ingredient rice: Sakemirai
Polishing ratio 50%.
Soueup Sake Mirai, which was included in the August hanpukai ^ ^ ^ Soueup Sake Mirai
Sake Mirai, we received a series of pitches.
I wonder if the slight acidity adds to the clarity.
It is refreshing and delicious.
By the way, this month's hanpukai was Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai and Ozeyuki no Rose 😊.
Maybe it's a lucky month for me.
1.8L, 3300 yen, 15% alcohol, 100% Miyamanishiki raw material rice, 55% polishing ratio, Kanazawa yeast, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6 Like yesterday's Hirai Rokuemon from Iwate Prefecture, this sake was purchased. This sake has a strong acidity and pungency from the rice, so it is not recommended for beginners. The pungency of the rice flavor remains quite a bit while it finishes off.
