The second glass was Hiwada, a pure rice with a fresh herbal base, Autumn up. Hiwada is a brand new to me. It is a bit more umami than Onumaya, with a rich flavor. But it has a dry, swishy feel. (Laughs) Goes well with sashimi. Oh, man, I can drink it so easily. Hey, Miyagi sake is delicious! Our business partner was also excited. (Laughs) It was very delicious! (^O^)

A classic winter drink 🍶. We love to have it warmed up every year ❤. The rice flavor is so calm and the higher the temperature, the more delicious it becomes 🤗. I think even beginners 🍶 of heated sake can enjoy it 👍 I like everything from cold to warmed sake! Any snacks go well with it, but for me it would be pickles, blue cheese and eggplant with sesame paste 🤫.

Now, a sip...cold and delicious! Fresh! Refreshing! Just a hint of rice Sweetness - just the right amount of sourness from the sweetness! This is a sake that can be enjoyed with gusto! This is a sake that goes down a treat! The snack was boiled eggplant with ginger 🍆! The ginger is also good 😆👍
