(私が飲んでみての感想) 超高級なお酒についている栓を開けてグラスに注ぐと黄色味のお酒からはライチの様な良い香りがする。口に含むと甘酸っぱいライチの味がする。旨味を7掛けにした仙禽というのが分かりやすいだろうか。いや、常温に近くなるにつれ、甘味と米の旨味は仙禽以上である。かなり甘味が温度の上昇に連れて上がってくる。袋で吊るして滴る雫を集めた斗瓶取りらしい雑味のないきれいな酒だ。グラスから口に入れる直前に鼻に抜けるライチの香りと間髪入れずに口に含んだ際の極上の甘酸っぱい上品な米の旨味。満足出来る酒である。昨今のトレンドは、フルーティーで甘酸っぱく、低アルコールな酒が評価されるみたいです。その内の二つが当てはまった酒。 蛇足だが、甘い梨と相性バツグン。甘いフルーツに合うとはビックリしました。 酒の味わいのチャートと実際に飲んでみての味わいは「百光」とそっくりよく似ています。 蔵 元 : 代々菊醸造(上越市柿崎) アルコール度:18度 原 材 米:山田錦 精米歩合:40% 日本酒度:+4.0 酸 度:1.1 アミノ酸 : 非公表

Yesterday's report The third glass was Chibitigawa, well-balanced in taste and aroma. The local sake around Naoetsu has a strong aroma. I heard that the wells in Naoetsu have a strong golden air in the water, but I guess it changes in the manufacturing process when it comes to sake. Thank you for your hard work while thinking about the time and effort of these manufacturers.

🍢 Chibigawa I heard it is read as Chibi-bita -> chibi-ta -> oden -> 🍢, right 😆. This sake rice is also new to me. I imagined it would taste like the Midorikawa I drank earlier, but it's quite thick and robust. It's totally different from the impression on the label 💦. Since I was eating, I liked this one better with side dishes. There were two different opinions as to which one I liked better. It's fun to hear the reasons. Yeah, it's still light outside 🔆.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑤. Also at the Sakenote booth. The obfuscated sake "Gindagawa". You can't read it 😂. Gindagawa Special Junmai Rich umami and full-bodied flavor at first, followed by a strong acidity. Easy to drink with a modern taste. The aroma on the nose is unique and rice-like. I would like to try other kinds of sake.

Good morning, Nemuchi 😃. Chibigawa 😳I'm sure this is unreadable, or not originally read? I registered it in my phone dictionary 🫡. The drink itself seems unique and I'm curious about it ☺️ I don't see it in Kansai, so I don't think I'll be able to drink it very often 😅.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (2) Gindagawa, which I have had a cup of special honjozo or something before. Was Gintagawa sold in Niigata? I thought it was a classic type, but unlike the image on the label, the acidity was noticeable and it was a bit modern? It looks like it would go well with Western food 🍴.

Gintagawa Special Honjozo Sake From the aroma, it seems to have a strong alcohol taste? It is 🧐. The mouthfeel is a little sweet, but it's a quintessential alky sake, and the alcohol feeling soon takes over the mouth and goes straight to the finish 😉. I can drink it lazily because of the sharpness, so it's easy to drink 😊😊😊😊.

Unpacking the SAKE POST that arrived at the end of May to relieve the fatigue of a week's work. It has a good balance of acidity and rice flavor, and goes down your throat nicely. I personally like the taste and would like to buy a four-pack bottle and drink it slowly.
