@Ponshukan The slightly light taste gives the sake a strong and unique flavor in the mouth. It is a unique sake with a slightly peculiar aftertaste. When a sake is described as a unique sake, it is natural for a drinker to want to try it. It certainly tastes like a unique sake, or perhaps not a sake at all, but I love it! I just want to drink it with lightly seasoned pickles and salt.

I bought it after being told that it was a limited edition of Gindagawa. The name seems to be Sumiori. When he recommended it to me, I was talking about the one with the surprise mark, so I bought it without knowing the name💦. He said they only wholesale to that store, so I figured it must not be available and bought a batch of what was to be 2 more bottles ❤️. It's a little tangy, but not too much. It's a little tangy, but it's not bubbly. I was told it was a little sour, but it's very sweet and tart and gentle. Delicious👍

This time with sashimi. It has a slight thickening sweetness that is followed by a tart acidity that leaves a sour taste.

Fat Date of manufacture: October, 2021 Alcohol content: 16 Rice polishing ratio: 50 Rice used: Domestic rice Price/ Prize for participation in the 2021 Echigo Kenshin Sake Marathon Recommendation Impression: It is called "Chibitagawa". It is fashionable that it is not called Daiginjo even though the rice polishing ratio is 50%.

I've been pairing it with hot pot, but today I feel a slight bitter acidity cutting through the tart fruitiness.

A sweet flavor with pineapple fruitiness, and then a slow, spicy acidity that cuts through to a clean feeling.

I bought this sake when I went to Ningyocho to buy some Japanese sweets. It has a fruity sweetness and a thick umami flavor, with a hint of acidity.
