Gintagawa Special Honjozo Sake
From the aroma, it seems to have a strong alcohol taste? It is 🧐.
The mouthfeel is a little sweet, but it's a quintessential alky sake, and the alcohol feeling soon takes over the mouth and goes straight to the finish 😉.
I can drink it lazily because of the sharpness, so it's easy to drink 😊😊😊😊.
wine with a pleasant aroma
Slightly transparent
Slightly acidic aroma with a hint of sudachi (a Japanese citrus fruit)
Slightly caramelized burnt taste with a sense of maturity.
On the tongue, there is a sense of rice sweetness and alcohol.
Slightly thick texture.
Unpacking the SAKE POST that arrived at the end of May to relieve the fatigue of a week's work.
It has a good balance of acidity and rice flavor, and goes down your throat nicely. I personally like the taste and would like to buy a four-pack bottle and drink it slowly.
Sake last purchased at the Kintetsu Department Store's sake tour!
It is full-bodied. I guess it's a dry sake with a delicious taste. Personally, I find it easier to drink dry honjozo than dry junmai.
I'd like to try Gintagawa, but Niigata Kome doesn't have it in stock, so I guess I'll have to buy it.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃
Maybe if it's fire-returned, they might have it, but I don't see many room temperature shelves 😅Niigata decrease is the number now, so it must have been great in the past 😳.
@Ponshukan
The slightly light taste gives the sake a strong and unique flavor in the mouth.
It is a unique sake with a slightly peculiar aftertaste.
When a sake is described as a unique sake, it is natural for a drinker to want to try it.
It certainly tastes like a unique sake, or perhaps not a sake at all, but I love it!
I just want to drink it with lightly seasoned pickles and salt.
