From a business associate
Souvenir from a business trip to Kagoshima
Thank you!
Natural water from Mt.
Easy to drink and refreshing
The sweetness is outstanding!
Delicious!
I often go to the antenna stores around where I work, but my destinations are limited to Ginza or Yurakucho.
On this particular day, I went a little further to Hibiya and looked at the Kagoshima antenna shop.
It may be obvious, but the only sake on the shelves was shochu😅.
It is not that I cannot drink shochu, but I was looking for sake.
When I was about to leave, I saw a sign in the upper right corner of the fridge that said "Satsushu Masamune" was available!
I went closer to see if they had it, and there it was: ‼️
I immediately bought it.
I opened the bottle.
It has a very light and refreshing aroma.
The taste is ............ Huh? Water?
and at first it is water.
And the taste that follows is like a light, understated shochu 😋 It is neither sweet potato nor barley, so is it a rice shochu I have never had?
Anyway, it is not disgusting at all, so I keep drinking it as if I am rehydrating 🤤.
It seems to go well with anything 😅.
Good night as I have tomorrow 😊.
The last of the map cheat operation by visiting antenna stores.
Of course, it was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake.
Although the region is known for its shochu, this is delicious!
It may be junmai (pure rice), but it has a strong and unique flavor.
It has an interesting fruity atmosphere!
I guess pairing it with sukiyaki was the right choice!
It was delicious!
Kagoshima sake. If you think you don't have an image, there is only one brewery 🤔 Well, that's right.
The aroma is not the latest trend, but it has a strong alcohol taste, very sweet on the tongue, and a mild aftertaste. It went well with Makurazaki bonito ✨ Maybe it goes better with warmed sake.
☆3.5
Satsushu Masamune This is my first encounter 😊.
It's not the most modern sake, but it's okay 😅
It has a hint of Shimadzu family ❓😁
Now I wonder if it would have tasted better if it was heated up ❓😊.

Shi
The only sake of the Satsuma clan!
Mmm! It has a habit! It's more like a peculiarity of rice, what is this! Junmai? Junmai! But it's not a peculiarity that hits the nose, it's a peculiarity that hits the upper jaw! It's similar, but different!
Sake from Ichiki-Kushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
Ordered for the complete 47 prefectures.
The sweetness comes, and then the spiciness comes up like a hot spring. The spiciness itself is also quite sharp. The spiciness itself is also quite sharp and assertive in the throat, making for a great drinking experience. In the back of the mouth, a sweetness that is a bit dry appears and disappears quickly. It is basically dry, but not hard, soft and easy to drink.
This is good! It's good. Bikkuri Ponya (I'm drinking it this week while watching the rerun of Asa no irukata).
How about if you warm it up.
The first sip is quite sweet all the way through. The mouthfeel is hoppy. Like a sweet baked sweet potato.
The spiciness is backed up by the spiciness, but if you drink it alone, you may feel the bitterness and astringency associated with the spiciness is a little too much.
However, when paired with the accompaniments, the harshness and astringency are well harmonized, and the flavor is deepened. It leaves a lingering aftertaste with a sweetness that lingers in the aftertaste. It seems to have a wide range of compatibility with snacks.
It is also quite interesting as a heated sake.
No, it's quite an interesting and enjoyable sake!
Purchased at the Kagoshima prefecture antenna store in Yurakucho.
It said it was only available in Kagoshima prefecture.
It is slightly yellow.
We can feel sourness and bitterness, but when we put it in our mouth, we can also feel a slight sweetness. After that, we feel alcohol taste, but it is refreshing.
We visited a sake brewery in Kagoshima.
At the former site of a gold mine, they make potato shochu with golden malted rice in the basement and brew sake above ground.
Light fruit aroma
Soft and soft in the mouth, somehow sweet like sweetpotato shochu.
Kagoshima, after all? It's good!
