I went on the "Suwa Gozo Sake Brewery Tour".
We walked from Kamisuwa station and started from Maihime-san.
The stamp rally started with the purchase of the 2,500 yen Gokuraku set.
The sake is gorgeous and beautiful. It must be delicious. Tasting while thinking about what to buy on the way back, I was troubled while taking the price into consideration.

Purchased after tasting at the brewery
Mmm, refreshing sourness☺️
Early ripe mandarin oranges🍊Young bananas that make a squealing sound when you peel them off🍌.
Full of fruitiness❗️ like you're drinking fruit juice.
It feels both soothing and invigorating ^ ^.
I'm glad I bought it ^ ^ ^
Slightly fizzy.
The aroma is apple-like, but not too strong.
The umami is quite apparent, so even strong flavored or fatty foods will not overwhelm it.
I paired it with fried pork belly and green pepper, fried eggplant, and thick fried tofu.

The first thing you notice about this cold sake is the aroma. I have a feeling that this sake is absolutely delicious. It is full of Yamada-Nishiki character. Delicious sake. The sweetness spreads down the throat and is delicious! The sweetness is not too much, and I thought it was a refreshing sweetness.
