Very effervescent, fresh and fruity aroma like grapes, but with a robust flavor.
This is delicious!
The sweetness is perfect for a rich flavor, and the crispness is perfect for a light flavor.
I paired it with stir-fried pork and eggplant, cucumber, okra and natto!

.
This is my first time drinking Suiro.
The fruity taste of the sake is hidden in the clean and refreshing flavor. The lingering aftertaste is also full, but does not interfere with food, so it goes down easy.
For entrée, I made HOUSE's keema curry.
.
Maihime's Suiro [wateryellow]!
A mini can of Junmai Ginjo-Ginjo-Hara Sake.
I bought many others, but this is the one I had today.
It was very elegant, refreshing and easy to drink.
I will post the other sakes tomorrow.
Here is the description of the store.
A luxurious cup of Junmai Ginjyo Genshu!
A little souvenir
A cup of sake on the way home from Azusa
Nama sake made from Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture is filled with hot sake and then quenched. The best flavor matures quietly.
You can drink it now. You can drink it now, or six months from now. Junmai Ginjo-ginsyu is packaged in a lightweight, unbreakable aluminum cup.
The days of "cup sake = inexpensive regular sake" are over. We have filled it with a good sake.
The spoils of Suwa Gokura tour
Is it safe to open the screw cap?
It came up. When I bought it, the person at the brewery told me to be careful about opening the bottle: ⚠️
I was told to be careful when I opened the bottle.
Close it tightly immediately and wait for the anger to subside.
The bottle was opened successfully without overflowing in 5 to 10 minutes.
It has a lactic acidity with a sweet taste, and a gaseous, alcoholic, and cloudy roughness. It is dry.
The nigori doesn't give a coarse feeling, and the gas feeling is rough. We enjoyed it with grilled tuna and caprese.
Each of the five breweries has a lot of individuality. The sake from each of the five breweries is full of individuality, and there is plenty of variety. We are enjoying the sake.
At the end of last month, I visited one of the five Suwa breweries, Maaihime Shuzo, for a long time and tasted their "Suiro" junmai ginjo-genshu, which I liked and purchased "Alps Yeast". This gem is made with sake rice, water, and yeast from Nagano Prefecture.
It is delicious when lightly chilled!
It has a robust rice flavor, but does not leave much of a lingering sensation in the mouth.
Little aroma.
It is not overpowered by strong flavoring.
I paired it with pickled leaf wasabi in soy sauce.

Maihime's Suiro from Suwa, Shinshu
Aragoshi active nigori raw sake.
It has a fruity, dry impression typical of Suiro, but you can also enjoy the aragoshi sensation,
It also has a pleasant taste with an alcohol content of 17%.
This time it is a 300ml bottle,
This 300ml bottle is an interesting Shinshu sake for a toast, as it looks gorgeous but has a surprisingly hard-drinking quality.
