Made with low pesticide rice from Nagano
It is carefully made with low-pesticide rice grown in Nagano.
It has a gentle flavor and a nice sharpness.
It matches the scenery of Suwa area.
This sake, made with "Alps Yeast" purchased at the Maihime brewery, was served cold.
It was delicious with a gorgeous, apple-like fruity aroma and a full-bodied flavor.
From the second day, sweetness emerged and it was well-balanced and enjoyable on its own.
I would like to drink more sake made with Yamae Nishiki in the future.
