The eighth sake rice research bottle is Yumesansui, a trad variety from Aichi. It has a solid image, but the aroma is citrusy. Freshness of new sake, slightly effervescent and drier than sweet. Very tasty.

Today is my first time drinking both of these ️️Aichi-style sake breweries 👍 First up is Ko no Tsukasa‼️. This is the one that shouldn't be chilled😅it's water😆. It's still water even if the temperature goes up😅It might be good if it's heated up, but it's too much trouble so I'm not going to do it 🤣. Next time👍

The rice is Yumesansui, the same as in the previous nama sake we drank. Slightly fizzy and refreshingly fruity. A little sweet and a little pineapple. It tastes fresh and spring-like. Delicious.

My first Ko no Tsukasa. It's a good thing about hanpukai that you can encounter sakes you've never had before. The aroma is mild, with a hint of muscat. The sweetness and deliciousness is first felt, but the acidity soon arrives and it is quickly snapped up. This is delicious!

It's getting all spring-like here ✨! Today, I'd like to share with you a spring-like label! Plum? Cherry blossoms? I'm not sure which one it is 😂. Takashi no Tsukasa is my new favorite 🎶. It's made with super soft water called "Kamisui", It has a soft mouthfeel and a delightful throat 💓. This one is full of fruity, slight schwag and freshness, but the base is still soft and beautiful. I would recommend it to those who are tired of the spring fresh sake festivals! I found udo on sale at the nearest supermarket. Today we are enjoying spring even more with udo dishes. I made udo with salted kelp for the first time. This might be my favorite way to eat udo. It's not a perfect pairing! Not exactly, But I feel happy with good sake and good food. ☺️👍

It is brewed with "Yumesansui" grown in the Okumikawa area and the brewery's signature super soft "Jinsui" water (divine water)! I was curious about this brand, which I've been seeing a lot at Sake-no-wa lately 😊. The aroma is a refreshing ginjo aroma, light gasiness on the palate, sweet and fresh citrus flavor, with a slight acidity that wears thin 😁. I had a light cold over the weekend due to the change of season, but anyway, it is a dangerous sake that can be enjoyed on its own without any problems!

Hatsuko no Tsukasa. Fruity, but not overly so. A delicious sake with a good balance of sweet and spicy. This is another sake I would like to drink again.
