We have just opened a bottle of Ko no Tsukasa, Fuyuakari 🎉.
It's my first time to visit this brewery.
I've seen a lot of posts about Fuyuakari on Sake no Wa, so I was curious about it and bought it 😆.
So my expectations are high!
Well, I'll have some 🥂.
First, the supernatant
The aroma is fruity sweet.
In the mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads sizzlingly and gently permeates the body.
There is no bitterness pungency, the gasiness is a little strong, and the aftertaste is sharp and disappears quickly.
Mixing the cage
In the mouth, it becomes silky, mildly sweet, and thick, like calpis.
The gassiness does an excellent job and leaves with a crisp finish.

Impressions
Ko no Tsukasa" from Shibata Sake Brewery located in Koda Town, Aichi Prefecture.
I found out that this Yumesansui is made from sake rice grown in a production area located 20 minutes by car from the brewery (sake is a great way to experience the local flavor).
I was curious about this sake because I found it at a liquor store near my house...
I was surprised when I drank it!
It's so good!
The color is slightly yellow.
I detected a discreet fruit aroma.
The moment it enters the mouth, a refreshing, unctuous fruitiness spreads!
While the fruitiness remained, there was no peculiarity, probably due to the low alcohol content, and the sake's rice-like umami was also clearly felt.
I tried it with a variety of other sake, but it was not at all inferior to the Jyushiyo.
I personally felt it was even better than Jyushiyo...
I know it's presumptuous of me to compare them, but...

I've had other kinds of Takashi no Tsukasa, but I think the strain is similar.
The strain means that it seems sharp, but it is actually sweet and slightly carbonated. (personal opinion lol)
It was delicious, but I was drunk, so I put my favorite on hold.
I will try it again next time when I am sober. But it was delicious. That's for sure.
After a 🍺rennenkai with my seniors, I bought some 🍶 sake from a brewery in Okazaki at a limited time store at Kanayama station.
It's a nice cloudy, shwashy sake.
Not bad 😋.
