Low al, oriented?
A gentle summer atmosphere. Like a fleeting summer memory, different from the freshness of a scorching summer or the heat of a glaring summer.
The summer of youth fading away faintly. It is delicious.
Something I was curious about with a simple label.
First time I drank it.
Gentle taste with a slight effervescence
It was not too sweet but very drinkable
I'd like to try the next season's sake again
First time for Ko no Tsukasa
It has a beautiful sweet and sour taste that spreads
The gasiness and refreshing spiciness make it a refreshingly light and refreshing drink.
It is light and easy to drink.
Although it has a low alcohol content of 14 degrees
It has a strong umami flavor and is very drinkable.
I think it is the best sake brewed with Yumesansui from Aichi Prefecture.

I would like to try more of Ko no Tsukasa!
Rice! Forgot to take a picture of sashimi!
Fruity! I chose Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake, and I was right! It's not too heavy, but there's a hint of sweetness!
Not very slightly bubbly at the end, but a slightly bubbly atmosphere?
