I bought it because I enjoyed the Fuyuakari ❄️ I drank the other day, and because I liked the concept of "remembering the day while stupefying yourself, and falling asleep comfortably after drinking it.
The aroma is slightly sour and a little sweet.
When you take a sip of it, you can feel its mild, mellow, and slightly chili-like flavor. There is no strong assertion, but rather a gentle sweetness with a grape-like atmosphere and a thin film of sourness.
The sweetness is mild and the acidity is mild, despite the thick mouthfeel.
Overall, it is moist and gentle, and I feel that the water is soft.
This...what is it? It is not that the taste is thin, but the flavor itself is not so assertive...It is like a kelp soup stock, not too strong, but with a strong umami taste.
Even after a few days, the balance of the flavor remains the same, and the drink goes down smoothly. It is even swifter and more umami water than swishy.
The base has a classical feel to it, but there is no hookiness.
There is no outstanding sweetness or acidity, and it is mellow and delicious.
