This is the second bottle of Takashi no Tsukasa from the Imadeya hanpukai.
No, it was more to my liking than the first bottle!
Rather than being fruity, the rice flavor has mellowed, and it has transformed very much into a very easy-drinking sake, as if the corners have fallen off.
It is more of a classic sake, but totally easy to drink.
Knowing this flavor made me want to drink it again.
I think I understand why it is so popular.
If I find it again, I will buy it! Thanks for the treat!
Purchased at a brewery. It was in a very rural area in Aichi. It is a sake made in a good environment.
It has a slight gaseous taste, sweetness and acidity, and goes down your throat nicely.
It is a mild, easy-drinking sake made with ultra-soft water, and is good as an in-between-dinner drink.
It is quite sweet.
Not a food sake, but a very tasty sake on its own.
There is a gassy feeling, but less. More like a sweet taste than some kind of fruit.
Good evening everyone, the second half of GW has begun😊.
Today, being a day off, we started drinking in the evening✨✨✨.
We opened a bottle of Takashi no Tsukasa 😄
It's like a darker citrus, with a strong umami, is this... a dark dish?
So we requested Bolognese for dinner: ☝️
It's pretty good ✨✨✨✨.
My wife said it was delicious too 😄
This is my first time to try Ko no Tsukasa, but it's a delicious sake 😁.
Good evening, Kano!
I was drinking in the evening too 😁✨
I haven't had Ko no Tsukasa yet, but it has a strong umami flavor. ✍️
Let's enjoy drinking in the second half of GW 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-san 😁I haven't had any other Ko no Tsukasa, so I don't know about the others, but this one had a very good flavor 😄Let's enjoy GW together ☝️
The sake shop's top recommendation.
The waitress says it is a sake made with very soft water, which is rare for sake.
It has a slight effervescence, is refreshing, and quite to my liking!
[Memorandum
Miscellaneous I was told that there are regional characteristics of sake by regional pickles.
West=Narazuke (Nara pickles) Sake with a full and robust flavor
East = Light pickles Sake with a crisp and refreshing taste
If you like dry and crisp, they recommended Niigata sake.
But the sake I bought was from Aichi. LOL!
