I bought this sake because the izakaya where I often go for drinks is directly managed by Motox, and it was jointly developed with Motox. It has a fruity taste, but also has the umami and sweetness of rice and a crisp aftertaste 🤔. It cost about 1,300 yen, but it's a very good value for money 😋. It is very good as a food sake 😊.

It is gassy and juicy like melon. Personally, I don't think it's too sweet. I've never heard of MS3, but I've heard it's a brewer's yeast. The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste. It seems sweeter at higher temperatures. On the third day after opening, the dryness is lessened and the sweetness seems to come out a little more.
