Purchased at a liquor store in the Akita Inaniwa area that I visited yesterday. First time to this brewery! I was attracted by the sake rice and the Komachi yeast special... but The aroma is ginjo. 1756 2023/9 Chiyoroku Junmai-shu Dry Nama brewed with isolated yeast 60% +8 MS3 (Kurazuke yeast) 16° 23/6 A+ Daisen City, Akita 1800 2640 This sake has a great balance of acidity and umami, and although it is dry, it is a delicious sake with a touch of sweetness. The taste is a little less crisp on the third day, but the mouth opening is the best or second best of the year. The label didn't peel off well, so it was NG.

Opened August 27, 2023 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Green apple Refreshing aroma of freshly shucked apples: ☺️ The nectariness with lots of fruitiness, the bitterness from biting into the core and peel, and the refreshing acidity through the nose.... Score☆☆☆ More than a month ago, this was my second all Akita (lol) "recommendation for you" at Sake no Wa 🤣. I'm going to go with something I don't drink very often... So I opened a bottle of the top-ranked "Chiyoroku" 🎉. A pure Otsu (pure sake) made with AKITA Yukiguni Yeast UT-1 Chiyoroku has a strong image of dry sake, but the fact that this yeast is used means that the aroma is gorgeous and fruity ❣️ ...of... but it should be 💦. What's with the peculiar taste😅 It tastes like you're getting old 😭 What's up ⁉️|ω-o)what's up ⁉️ The liquor store I bought it from just reopened, was it in bad storage conditions at the temporary store before that 🤔💦? I don't think so... (^_^;) None of the fruity notes... Older smell? 😅 And because it's dry, there is no umami or richness, just a crisp sharpness 🔪. If this happens, I'll have to add ice 🧊 to dilute it and drink it gubikubi 🔪. It was a disappointing drink... It takes courage to take revenge lol... I ate ramen🍜 from my favorite restaurant, so I guess it's good. ✌️ Leek noodle, delicious ❣️
