My friend who celebrated his 60th birthday at this golf event ordered a bottle of Chiyorigiri Dry Junmai at this restaurant following the Chiyorigiri SP last night!
It was not as spicy as I thought it would be, and it went down easy 🍶.

This sake has a great balance of acidity and umami, and although it is dry, it is a delicious sake with a touch of sweetness.

I'm going to go with something I don't drink very often...
So I opened a bottle of the top-ranked "Chiyoroku" 🎉.
A pure Otsu (pure sake) made with AKITA Yukiguni Yeast UT-1
