I have only had this once before, a bottle of Umezu's "Namahashiroshi".
I remember the first time I drank it, the impact of the rice flavor was so strong!
Hot sake
It was very warm!
The umami of rice and the acidity of Namo yeast spread at once.
It goes really well with Chinese food.

This sake has a deep mouthfeel and takes advantage of the quality of the rice. The appetizers are delicious and go well with sake, such as Chinese peasant, barbecued chicken with fermented tofu sauce, and braised pork tongue with spices.
The restaurant is small but stylish. I discovered many good restaurants at this event.
