I got this as a gift.
I thought it would be old-fashioned since it is a well-established sake brewery, but it is very easy to drink and tastes great 😆.
Rarely drink the classics.
The classic sake has a relatively cool aroma.
The first thing you taste is the sweetness. It reminds me of mirin (sweet sake).
The aroma of rice comes in a flash, and the alcohol is sharp and spicy.
It has a strong umami. There is a little bit of a tangy taste and astringency.
It is a food sake.
Goes well with grated gari saba (mackerel).
It is a little slow and sluggish as you drink it.
Taste level ☆3/5
Soft, clear aroma and taste. Fruity.
According to the specs, it is dry with a sake degree of +6. The fact that it seemed a little sweet may have been due to its clarity, or maybe I just drank too much.
But it is delicious!

Really like this brand.
This wine has a pronounced aroma of French pears and is full-bodied, lingering, slightly sweet with a slightly bitter finish.
Pairs well with tuna sashimi, sushi
Score: 91/100
