It has a watery mouthfeel with a sweet aroma of rice and a strong acidity. The aftertaste is light and refreshing, with a slight spiciness from the alcohol at the end.
Niigata's unique light and dry taste
Alcohol 16%.
Sake meter degree +7
Acidity: Slightly high
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The top aroma is like that of brown rice. When you drink it, it tastes dry and is gradually sharp. It has a slightly astringent taste. The overt aroma was that of junmai (pure rice). Next, we tried heating it to lukewarm. Raising the temperature a little to the top of the bottle made it easier to drink. It is good on its own or with food.
It went well with the crabapple bar.
Similar to Taisetsukei's special junmai?
My favorite!

Niigata is indeed a rice-producing region. It has a strong rice flavor, but the aftertaste is clean. Light and dry, it goes well with any meal from salads to sashimi.
