Aiya Festival 2024 Spring ②
I checked and it looks like this sake is exclusive to the Japan Famous Sake Association.
I don't think Mitsutake has participated before, so maybe the lineup is from this year?
I haven't had a spell recently, so it's been a while...
Mitsutake
Jungin
Aaah no mama🎵
Ichidan
Jikomi
Aiyama🎵
It's a single-stage brewing using Aizan, with a sake degree of -30 and an acidity of 3.0, which is a sharp spec, but not too sweet. It is fire-aged, but the microbubbles give it a freshness. The acidity is impressive. The bitterness is strong at the end.
The sake shop's social networking site says it has a Sake Degree of -30, but the Meimon Sake Kai website says it has a Sake Degree of -7. I think -7 is reasonable. I think -7 is reasonable. I don't think -30 is appropriate for this flavor.
I think raising the temperature would increase the sweetness and amplify the lingering flavor.
Aiyama ❤️
Hello ♪
Just reading your impression, is it not Aiyama-esque? I would think so. The sake level is -30 or something💦.
I'm curious to know what a one-stage brewed sake tastes like.
Good evening, Ane 😃
I think you're right...it's not Aizan. I think -7 is correct because it's not very sweet 😅I have the impression that sake made in one stage is sour 😁.
Good evening, Mr. Kojo 😃.
I think -30 is wrong because it's not that sweet and -7 is probably correct 😅By the way, I have -22 liquor waiting in the fridge 😁.
Good evening Rafa 😃
I think this is special because I think this is a perverted sake in terms of specs even for Mitsutake 😅
Oh, I wish Nemuchi would drink this since it's a perverted sake 🤣.
Mitsutake Shuzo's sake is more commonly seen in Invitation to the Demon World and Fist of the North Star shochu. They also make sake. The aroma is of aged sake, but easy to drink. It tastes like caramel, like Shaoxing sake. The bottle and the label are interesting because they look like whiskey.
The label says "non-blended," but I think it is blended because it contains distilled spirits mixed with brewing alcohol. I have no regrets in my life. I am already drunk.

I'm already drinking!
I have not regretted a single drink (nor any) in my lifetime!
I compared the drinks.
There was a lot of information in the endorsement, but I didn't read it and just went with my sensibility.
I thought Raoh had a hard flavor, while Kenshiro was gentler than Raoh.
