Hana Mou use. The spicy full-bodied taste starts from the first sip. It is slightly spicy and has a lingering aftertaste.

18°🍶 But it is light and easy to drink without feeling the 18%. It goes well with horse mackerel and bonito together 😋. I went to the Expo at the beginning of GW 🚗. Seeing is believing. It's fun if you go 🤣. The day after the Expo, we went to Nara Park 🦌. Sento-kun was so shy with me. He took a picture with me 😘.

The second bottle was selected while looking at the owner's handwritten sake guide🤗The only sake brewery on the west coast of Aomori Prefecture, or so we were told! It has a soft aroma reminiscent of bananas and apples, with a rich rice flavor and umami. It is quite mellow, but has a high acidity level and a nice crisp aftertaste 😚. Serve with Hoya no Shiokara (salted sea squirt)

It is Junmai Daiginjo from Ajigasawa 🍶. I remember hearing from the brewer that Ajigasawa is a wholesaler's PB... 🤔. The first aroma is a faint sweet aroma of rice. When you put it in your mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight astringency. It is a little bit hard. The proprietress said the special junmai from the same Ajigasawa was delicious 🙄.

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo. I read on the liquor store's instagram that it's a PB from a wholesaler in Shizuoka 🤔. When I drank it last year, it tasted a little bad😅.

Good morning bouken 🌞. Are you a wholesaler in Shizuoka 😲? Maybe this year's one might not be my favorite taste too😅.

drinking alone Sunflower 60%. It was 18% alcohol! I felt it was strong as it should be! LOL! It has a unique flavor, but it also has a nice sweetness that makes it interesting! I can't be adventurous when drinking at home because the portions are so large, but when I drink outside, I can be adventurous even if it doesn't suit my tastes! There was an interesting kisai called "Tokusen Junmai Aged Nama Sake" (special junmai aged sake)! It is said to be aged in ice temperature. I don't know about the mellow acidity, but I think I understand the expression "clear umami"! 4.5 points I was surprised at the sweetness of this wine when I first started drinking it, but as I got used to it, the sweetness became more pleasant! I don't know if I'm getting used to it or getting drunk! LOL! But it's good!

FUJIYAMA
Today we have Ajigasawa Special Junmai Sake from Ozaki Shuzo in Aomori Prefecture: ❗️ The aroma has the faint smokiness of old sake. After a sip, a mellow texture on the tongue is followed by a mildly astringent taste. After that, there is a smoky aroma from the nose. ❗️ Good as a food sake. ❗️ interesting sake. ❗️

[Drinking sake with ramen at Pojiya. After finishing the three different kinds of sake, my friend who was drinking with me ordered a glass of sake, and I was curious about the sake that came out, so I decided to order another one myself. Ajigasawa Yamahai Junmai Nama-junmai Nama-narashu. It has a fruity aroma with a floral ointment-like smell, a clean but juicy sweet flavor, and a sharp spiciness that lingers on the tongue and throat. First "Ajigasawa" 🎉. Aomori's "Tasake" and "Toyobai" have a sweet-tasting image, but it has a very distinctive aroma and a fresh spicy aftertaste, but it still tastes beautiful due to the abundance of melted snow 😋. I didn't realize how much effort Poziya puts into their sake 💦. Now that I've made a drunken hashigo-zake course, I'm sure I'll be a heavy drinker from now on ✨.
