I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.

I felt a sweet flavor that hit my throat with a gulp Strong and thick First I felt a strong sweetness, but then I felt a bitter sweetness that clung to me a bit like caramel. There is also a dark pungency with a slight tingling feeling. However, there was no unpleasant aftertaste and no lingering feeling of being smothered! I don't like strong sweetness, but this is good without being too lingering. No sharp sensation, but a lingering sweetness.

Denshin Rin Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is fruity and light. The taste, on the contrary, is robust and strong. It has a strong aftertaste, so the lingering aftertaste is very enjoyable. It seems to go well with fried food and cheese. The bottle is blue and cute.

A great sake for my mother's 60th birthday celebration. I liked its mellow and fruity notes, coupled with a clean finish. Perfectly paired with German cuisine (Roasted pork knuckles and ribs).

House drinking. Soft and sweet spring aroma reminiscent of peaches. The fresh texture on the tongue is followed by a refreshing acidity that leaves a clean aftertaste. Delicious!

The word "Spring" is written on a pink band. There is also a one-point sticker in the shape of cherry blossom petals. It has a very spring-like appearance, and the aroma is what one would call fruity. When the glass is swirled, it has many long legs, and when you drink it, it is sweet and thick like water candy. It is also surprisingly spicy. It is impossible to drink it in a big gulp, so it is more like a small sip. I think you can drink it with ice on top (I couldn't because I ran out of rock ice). It might be suitable for drinking a little after a meal. I am a tochan boy, so my taste buds don't like too sweet (the old man part) and I don't like too spicy (the little girl part). So I didn't like it much. Degree of buying again 4/10

There are quite a few open bottles left, but I opened a bottle of my own spring sake while there are only a few cherry blossoms left😅. Unlike the dry Junmai I drank in Fukui, it has a stronger aroma and a much stronger sweetness at first, then a little spiciness comes later. The fourth one is a special offer at 27 breweries in Fukui, where you can get an original label and a tokkuri seal if you spend more than 1,000 yen. You can also apply for a present depending on the number of breweries you visit in the "Fukui Sake Brewery Walk", which is currently in effect until April 2026.
