The second drink was a destination select. This is the first time I saw this brand. It is said to be from Fukui. This one has a strong umami taste. It is delicious.

This one, appearing for the first time in two years, is my companion for this evening. This is the first time for me to drink a bottle of sake. I like the spring-like bottle. When the bottle is opened, it has a nice peachy aroma. The refreshing aroma of this brew is well pronounced. In the mouth, a light sweetness spreads on the palate. It finishes with a weak bitterness. It goes down the throat with a nice sharpness. The avocado and radish vinaigrette salad has its own bitterness that makes the sake sweet. Delicious! Since we were a little tired, today's main course was delivery pizza. The strong flavor and cheese make the drink very light and refreshing. This is good, too. It was a delicious sake that made me enjoy spring to the fullest!

I'm told it reminds me of peaches, but maybe it's different because it's been out for a bit of time. Personally, the aroma is melon, strawberry, caramel! Seme too.

Sour-sweet aroma with a strawberry feel
When you drink it, it is sweet at first! I felt a sweet flavor that hit my throat with a gulp
Strong and thick
First I felt a strong sweetness, but then I felt a bitter sweetness that clung to me a bit like caramel.
There is also a dark pungency with a slight tingling feeling. However, there was no unpleasant aftertaste and no lingering feeling of being smothered!
I don't like strong sweetness, but this is good without being too lingering.

A great sake for my mother's 60th birthday celebration. I liked its mellow and fruity notes, coupled with a clean finish. Perfectly paired with German cuisine (Roasted pork knuckles and ribs).
