Challenge ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I like 300ml because it is easy to challenge 🎶. A little bit alcoholic. But it's very clear. I think it's a sweet and tasty food wine 🤔. Sweetness 🆙 on the 2nd day of opening the bottle. I praise myself for trying to drink 300ml over 2 days☆Elated

I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.

It has been a while since I bought a bottle of Ippongi and a bottle of Yongo. It's a clear, dry sake, and I've been enjoying it sipping it with my evening drink. But it will lose its flavor towards the end of the bottle, so it's a race against time. The label is a cutout of Denshin. There are many good sake breweries in Fukui, so I would like to visit some of them.

Beautiful white colored bottle. The first sip felt a little spicy. The second sip after a little time was a little mellower and easier to drink. Overall, the sake was refreshing and pleasant to drink.
