Today is an anniversary for our family. We ordered a meat-centered caterer (snacks). We wondered what to drink.
We decided on sake that had been stored in the refrigerator for over a year. I had prepared three different Katsuyama sake to compare, but since they are made by centrifugal pressing, they are very expensive and I had one bottle left over.
The aroma and taste were pineapple. According to the wife, it also tastes like passion fruit. It was a very elegant and tasty sake, and I had the impression that I could drink it as much as I wanted. We enjoyed it very much.

The label was a bit of a mystery. A tourist ambassador of some sort?
Easy drinking food sake. The other two had a strong flavor, so it left a weak impression.
The sake had been offered as an official brewery since the time of Lord Date Masamune, the founder of the Sendai clan, and had an auspicious name as a symbol of "victory" and "prosperity.
