Other than the sweetness, there is a slight koji taste coming through the nose, and it is easy to drink.
The aftertaste is naturally good.
I drank it with fried food and vinegared octopus and wakame seaweed, both of which were fine. It has a high level as a food sake.

This sake is in the middle of the range, so it is said to be good for everyone.
It has a nice sweetness and pineapple flavor. It's not too strong and pronounced, so even those who don't like sweet sake can enjoy it, after all it's a food sake 🤔 Moreover, it's recommended to be kept at room temperature and in a cool dark place. It's not too bad even if you don't have a cellar 👍
I want you to pick it up at least once, Katsuyama.
