アラジン
At chuin-san the other day ⑤.
Sake we received while visiting the owner, Mr. Kawada
Next is "BUNRAKU NEW WAVE Nama-Zume".
This sake is produced by Kitanishi Shuzo, which brews Bunraku and Sairai in Saitama Prefecture.
This is one of Bunraku's concept workers selection.
It is a "first sake for the 2021 generation✕Kitanishi-shuzo's challenge" and is designed to be easily enjoyed by those who are new to Japanese sake.
The sake has a very low alcohol content of 10% 😳.
The appearance is a warm, almost transparent crystal.
The aroma is...a bit unusual.
A strange cohabitation of tropical and graininess🤔.
Salty and watery texture.
The graininess, including honest sweetness, characteristic acidity, and complexity, flows smoothly with a watery feel.
The back palate has a light graininess and complexity.
For those who like to guzzle in summer but not so much dry sake 🤔.
For those who are used to sake, especially for those who like sweet and mellow sake like me, it may be a bit dry on the palate.
I hope it will lead to the debut of sake in the age of smart drinks.
