The aroma is not there, but the mouthfeel feels plump, with a slight sharpness, but with a moderate sweetness and no alcohol. Exactly like being able to act in moderate weather.
Purchased at a liquor store in Nagoya City.
This sake has a light fruity feel with a sour taste. The liquor store pop-up said it had a luscious aroma of bananas and peaches, but it did not smell that sweet and did not leave much of an impression.

I personally look forward to Wakanami's FY2 every year in the summer sake quota.
It has a white malted rice-like acidity and a white wine-like flavor.
This year's FY2 has finally been opened 😊They have a refreshing acidity that numbs the tongue as the umami slowly spreads and recedes. This year, the effect of the Yamadanishiki may be the umami that takes you one step further, but the aftertaste is strangely more refreshing 🍶✨Like the waves on the beach in summer that recede to touch your feet or not 🏖.
Good evening 😃
I hope you are all enjoying your drinks🍸❓
Tonight is this one that was recommended to me at the liquor store.
It was hot today, so I remembered he said it's good for summer sake 👍
When I drank it, I found that the refreshing acidity was indeed cool and just right 😋.
Nice choice (liquor store owner) 👍❗️
The aroma is sweet apple with a hint of vanilla. When you drink it, it tastes juicy sweet and sour like a white wine. The acidity is high and the mouth is filled with apple-like fruitiness. The impression is flat and the taste is not intonated, but the acidity is still juicy and fruity as usual.
The aftertaste shifts from acidity to bitterness. It has a dry and crisp feel.
Junmai Ginjo sake with a 55% rice polishing ratio
According to my research, this sake was brewed under the theme of "sake that can be drunk refreshingly on a hot summer day" from the Wakaha brand, with the image of "sake that is dry and acidic like white wine.
The name "FY2" comes from the use of "Fukuoka Dream Yeast No. 2," which produces 2-3 times more malic acid than normal.
When poured into a glass, it has a sweet and sour aroma. My first impression when I drank it was that it was a true apple wine! It's so full of apple that I thought it was a cider. It's so full of apple flavor that I thought it might be a cider. It is said that some white malted rice is also used, so it has a lemony sharpness and dryness, as well as a refreshing sourness that is really characteristic.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of sake in the genre of wakaze or wagei Yamamoto, so I'm not going to give it a high rating, but it's definitely a delicious sake.
How much I like it (self-rated)
★★★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
This sake is almost like a fruity aperitif.
It tastes just like the label says it does, and I thought women who don't like the quirks of sake would absolutely love it! It's a beautiful taste, sometimes!
This is the first time to visit Tachi-kyu, but it was often used as a meeting place for the after party.
This sake has a sour taste like white wine and is suitable for summer.
