This is a shochu liquor. It is 25 degrees.
But it tastes like sake.
It is made from the same rice as Awamori, and it tastes more like sake than Awamori.
It has 25% alcohol, so you can feel something crisp when you drink it straight.
But it is delicious! If you like sake, you should buy it.

I visited the Kagawa Prefecture booth because I had only ever had sake from Kagawa Prefecture, Sanuki Kuraudai 😀.
The Kagawa booth has a great selection of sakes made with olive yeast 😀.
I don't know if it was the olive yeast or not, but all the sakes were delicious with a fruity sourness, but I especially liked this one because it had the most beautiful sourness😇.
At the end of the tour, I had a chance to talk with the brewer on Shodoshima and I was very interested in his work, so I would like to visit him on Shodoshima someday 😇.
