Today we have an opening 😆. I'm already drunk, so just wow what I feel. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and juicy with a beautiful sour fade out👌no bitterness 😆👍 I'm worried about getting my wife to buy me sake, but I'll build up my daily efforts to get her to buy it for me: ‼️ and I'm just going to do what I do every month. Drinking outside today Started with Kaiun on the master's recommendation. Sake from Shizuoka is good, too. Then, let's have it! Mmmm, is this muscat? Grapes? Isn't it nice? It's gorgeous. The brand name I was interested in. This time it was Kaiun! Fruity aroma with a hint of acidity 🍌. Freshly opened, chili and fresh on the tongue, sweet and sour and easy to drink ✨️ On the other hand, it is also very satisfying with a unique grain-like richness and a little alcohol in the aftertaste. I had a hard time deciding between Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but I chose this one because of its interesting sweet and sour taste and characteristic richness☺. It went well with cheese and other peculiar foods.
