It has a light amber color, a sweet fruity aroma, and a strong sweet bitter taste. I've been enjoying it with sashimi of red tuna and grilled mackerel... It's good to drink as is, but it can also be used as a sake during meals... I'd like to try Akaban Omachi... This is high quality! It's very good.

Today we have an opening 😆. I'm already drunk, so just wow what I feel. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and juicy with a beautiful sour fade out👌no bitterness 😆👍 I'm worried about getting my wife to buy me sake, but I'll build up my daily efforts to get her to buy it for me: ‼️ and I'm just going to do what I do every month. In the meantime, I'm really asking for cash for next month's allowance: 🙇‍♂️

Nanka Yokai
Melon-like ginjo aroma. There is a bit of a tartness to the texture, and it kicks in with a gassy sensation. Later on, there is a tangy gasiness and a slight bitterness like grape skins. Yamada Nishiki, perhaps?
