Today we have an opening 😆. I'm already drunk, so just wow what I feel. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and juicy with a beautiful sour fade out👌no bitterness 😆👍 I'm worried about getting my wife to buy me sake, but I'll build up my daily efforts to get her to buy it for me: ‼️ and I'm just going to do what I do every month. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. This is a new sake that I have been after for a long time! 720ml ¥1,760 Today is the beginning of the party with my eldest daughter and grandson, as my eldest son and his wife came home suddenly! The aroma is subtle but fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is a bit like a thick sake, but the rice flavor comes through. It's easy to drink, not sticking in the throat 😊The sweetness comes a little later 😊It's really good 😊. Today's pairing is miso soup with soy milk.
